Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This response is a total lieI owned the vehicle I traded in and put the title in David A [redacted] handWhen I went to VIP Honda on 12/28/to find out what was going on since my third temp tag was expiring that day and no one bothered to call me, your business manager John C [redacted] said DMV in Trenton was waiting on a letter proof that the PREVIOUS OWNER of the vehicle financed to me by VIP Honda was paid offJohn also gave me a check for $stating I was overcharged for registration feesVIP Honda never had the title to the CRV that was financed to me, which is why it took them so long to get a duplicate title and get the vehicle registeredStop with the lying and horrible customer service, you didn't even have the decency to notify me that my plates were in knowing I've been waiting three months Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I would like my money back for spending it out of pocket to get my car fixed because if I didn't I would have been without a car And my money back for my payments I made on my broken car sitting at the shop for months And my money back for the fraudulent warranty that they sold me which is voided because of the modifications Thank you Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It is not true, we went in to complete the paperwork a week prior to our scheduled Saturday pickup date and [redacted] wasn't in He said his manager would complete the paperwork to expedite the pickup on Saturday When we arrived his manager said it wasn't necessary to do until we came back for pick up We spoke to [redacted] on Tuesday and he said everything was in order for Saturday We never stated anything different and were in contact with our sales rep several times throughout the transaction.my only dele a was a second driver to pick up the car, my son didn't have his license yet and I had to work around my work schedule and my daughters, my second driver.we stated we were purchasing the vehicle from the date we signed the contract and we should have at least received a phone call stating we had to get the car one day earlier or it would be sold We could have signed everything just not driven it home untill Saturday but certainly completed the transaction.I would like to know what the vehicle sold for The bottom of the sales contract states this sale should not have been made This is a terrible business practice and I had to search for and purchase another vehicle which cost $moreThey should be accountable for triple damages!this was a horrible learning experience for myself and both my children, to understand that a signed contract with a deposit means absolutly nothing today Basically you are never protected from creeps like this!y Regards, [redacted]

DEAR [redacted]  I FIRST THANK YOU FOR CONTACTING OUR INTERNET  DEPT. AND COMING DOWN TO OUR DEALERSHIP . I WOULD LIKE TO SAY AS THE GENERAL MANAGER FOR VIP HONDA FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS I ALWAYS NEED HAPPY CLIENTS I FEEL PRICE IS THE EASIEST  PART OF THE DEAL. MY STAFF...

KNOWS THAT EVERY INTERNET PRICE QUOTED IS A NET NUMBER WHICH  IS ALSO MONITORED BY THE MANUFACTURER WITH EVERY HONDA STORE. I KNOW THAT YOU DID YOUR HOMEWORK IN REFERENCE TO THE PRICE AND THAT IS WHY YOU CAME TO OUR DEALERSHIP. I WAS TOLD BY MY STAFF THAT YOU WANTED  UP TO AN ADDITIONAL SAVINGS OF $1000.00 IN WHICH YOU OFFERED. I AM VERY SORRY BUT THAT IS AN UNREALISTIC NUMBER. IN THIS DAY IN AGE EVERYONE WOULD LIKE TO NEGOTIATE FOR ANY TYPE OF ITEM BUT IN THE CAR BUSINESS THIS CANN'T HAPPEN. IN CLOSING THERE WAS NO BAIT AND SWITCH; A NUMBER IS CLEARLY SENT TO ALL CLIENTS WHO GO TO OUR WEB SITE. I AM VERY PROUD OF OUR DEALERSHIP AND OUR SUCCESS STORY OVER THE YEARS WITH CLIENTS COMING BACK OVER AND OVER TO BUY CARS. THANK YOU PLEASE IN THE FUTURE CALL ME DIRECT ON ANY FUTURE PURCHASES . [redacted] GENERAL MANAGER VIP HONDA.

I am rejecting this response because:I am not totally rejecting this. Yes, it has been resolved; however, it was not out of the spirit of customer service. This was agreed upon prior to the purchase of my vehicle with salesman [redacted] and her manager [redacted] This is what sealed the deal. Being that these responses will be visible to other customers in the future, I want to ensure that the truth is known.

Hello in response to a customer complaint (lD #[redacted]}. This situation was the result of...

a deposit of $100.00 check taken on a 2009 Jeep Wrangler with several stipulations as to when the actual purchase would take place. This was very vague as to the completion of this deal. More than two and a half weeks passed with two said days of taking delivery passing as well. After the second time a delivery date told by the customer had passed my faith in this deal was gone. I am rejecting this response because:
This response is a total lie. I owned the vehicle I traded in and put the title in David A[redacted] hand. When I went to VIP Honda on 12/28/16 to find out what was going on since my third temp tag was expiring that day and no one bothered to call me, your business manager John C[redacted] said DMV in Trenton was waiting on a letter proof that the PREVIOUS OWNER of the vehicle financed to me by VIP Honda was paid off. John also gave me a check for $36.87 stating I was overcharged for registration fees. VIP Honda never had the title to the CRV that was financed to me, which is why it took them so long to get a duplicate title and get the vehicle registered. Stop with the lying and horrible customer service, you didn't even have the decency to notify me that my plates were in knowing I've been waiting three months.

I am rejecting this response because:
They sold me the car modified with a 2 year warranty which I paid for. So they either fix my car or they pay me back my...

warranty. I will also get the proof that it was modified when I bought it from them.
