We are always saddened to read complaints such as Mr. [redacted] ’s. We strive to provide a great customer experience in everything we do. As such, we apologize for this inconvenience and want him to know that our teams are investigating the matter and will reach out to him directly, this week. As... to his concern of “I have little confidence that this company is legitimate” I can assure you that both companies are legitimate. Virbac Corporation is celebrating 30 years in the US and 50 years globally. In addition, our Rebate Processing Vendor has been in business since 1917 and specializes in the development, management and administration of Rebate programs for manufacturers. Their commitment to excellence is substantiated by their SOC 1, Type 2 Compliance. All rebate processing is done by their in-house staff, at one of three facilities (New York, NY, Memphis, TN and Tempe, AZ). Please note that we have also tested and confirmed that all phone numbers on their website and ours are in working order. Unfortunately, we can confirm that his claim is missing the required documentation to approve. Mr. [redacted] just entered his information yesterday, on 6/18/17 at 7:13 p.m., but is missing the invoice required to approve. The email he added to his claim was [redacted] – if that is a valid and correct email, he should have received an email stating what was needed to complete his claim. Thank you.

At that time, we requested the card to be reissued
This is the third card issued - this time with a tracking number ***

If rebate takes 6-8 weeks and we are at 12 weeks now, how long to I have to accept "idk when your rebate is coming. We are waiting on a mail out date". Simply repeating that statement doesn't help me.  I have no reason to have any faith in Virbac rebates and trust that they will send me my rebates on their own accord. She said it herself in her reply "a rebate can take 6-8 weeks". Well, that time has come and gone weeks ago with no word from Virbac to inform me of the delay or anything. I don't have time to check in on Virbac rebates once a week to make sure they are doing their job.
