never been, nor will it ever be our intention to deceive a consumer. Due to a computer processing error, this instance of a rebate not being distributed on time occurred. We have since rectified the situation and will overnight the aforementioned rebate and doubled it, to the customer in hopes of maintaining their loyalty. The tracking number for that shipment is [redacted] Virbac makes it a priority to always provide exemplary products and services to our customers – it is because of their dedication to the company that we can further our mission of “shaping the future of animal health”.   Sincerely,[redacted]

Revdex.com:In the future you might consider finding a new company to handle sending out the rebate gift cards. So that they will be sent in the time frame stated on the rebate form. Rather than having to be reported over and over.

we intend to resolve the situation by the end of this week - Friday, November
20, 2015.
Please be
advised that this will be our fourth attempt to send him a rebate in the amount
of $10.00; but this one will be overnighted and will include a tracking number
proving it was delivered to his address.

[redacted]Revdex.comMESSAGE:On 11/20/15, Vice President of Virbac, Inc. promised to overnight payment on the same day.  No payment received.  This company repeatedly promises payment but never complies.  This has been their M.O. since April 2015 and never honor their rebates which is false advertisement.Please reopen my complaint.  Thank you.   [redacted]
