I ordered a vanity/mirror The items came smashed I called Virtu immediately to report They told me they could send a new mirror but could only send me touch up paint to fix the vanity That has been nearly months and still no mirror/paint They will not answer my emails THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AVOID THIS COMPANY

Recently purchased a vanity manufactured by Virtu from our local home depot A few weeks after installation noticed what I thought was a spot on the door which learned was actually a hole An exterminator was able to explain it was a wood borer which had put holes in the door and it was caused by poor heat treatingHome depot contacted manufacturer who explained that they do not "sell" replacement parts and the only way to get a new door would be to return the entire cabinet This would mean uninstalling the vanity at my cost, 2, transporting this heavy piece of equipment back to the store in no box (since it had already been discarded) and Having to transport a new one and pay for new installation All for door They advised they are "custom" made and they wouldn't know the exact dimensions I offered to send them the door so they could duplicate but they just do not offer parts So I am stuck with a vanity, not a cheap one either, missing a door

I purchased a dark walnut bathroom Virtu-usa GD-vanity through Luxury Living Direct (LLD) in CA in Aug of I viewed it at the LLD websiteAccording to their website and Vitru-usa's it would fit in a designated area in the bathroomThe first vanity I received was refused as they sent me a white one I called LLD and informed them along with providing picturesThey said to have the shipping company return the white one and they would send me a new one In the mean time I asked if they had a specification sheet they could send me so my Plumber could continue working They sent me a spec sheet that indicated the vanity was inches long When I received the second vanity it had damage to the leg bottoms as their crates are flimsy and it was only resting on 1/4" plywood Again I called LLD and sent pictures I agreed to a price discount and was sent some cover paint to repair it myself Due to a medical issue I was not able to install the vanity until yesterday When we went to fit the vanity in place it would not fit as it was to long When I measured it, it was 5/inches I called Virtu-usa Costomer Service and the rep said their spec sheet showed inches I sent her a copy of the spec sheet I had been sent by LLD and she said it was an old one I said it was current at the time I bought this She said she would try to find out what happened and call me back I also called LLD and talked to the sales/manager and he sent me the new spec sheet I received an email from Virtu stating their spec sheet states that their vanities are hand crafted with minor manufacturing tolerances up to tenths of an inch I emailed her back and said it was unacceptable and the difference between the two spec sheets was inches I have not heard back from Virtu LLD did call this morning and said the spec sheets are not to be used for measurement purposes nor the measurements on the website I asked how are people supposed to order a vanity if they don't know what size it is? LLD said you order the vanity and build the walls around it I can't believe this I now have a vanity I can't use that I bought based on specifications from virtue I asked the sales rep at LLD to connect me with management and he said they are a small company and that was him They consider their "minor manufacturing tolerance" a catch all To this day their website states the main cabinet is 71.18" W

We purchased a cabinet/counter top/and mirror through Kitchen Source in June 2017, who receive their products through Virtu USA It is now Sept20th, and we have yet to receive a good counter top The 1st counter top was back ordered and when we finally received it, is was cracked in places We sent pictures and asked for another one which was also back ordered We finally received the 2nd countertop around 9/and it was even more cracked (also sent pictures) The packaging was terrible! Since then they have sent Kitchen Source two bogus shipping #'s and said that it had been shipped out on 9/19, but the shipping company has no record of it I did speak with a manager of Virtu USA after we received the 2nd one and asked it we could get one locally and be reimbursed He said that is not something they would do, but they could have a different trucking company ship it This is the shipping company that has no record

I ordered a bathroom vanity from ***.com that was manufactured by Virtu USA It is a wall mount vanity and the pictures on the website (provided by the manufacturer) show the vanity mounted to a wall with no mounting hardware shown on the outside I received the vanity and looked at the instructions which said that the included L-brackets go underneath the vanity and hence are exposed They are very large L-brackets In my opinion, it is advertising and the product delivered is not the product shown when ordered

On 7/28/I purchased a Dior inch Espresso vanity through the *** *** and distributed by Virtu USAThe vanity has a chipped right door and broken top drawerI initially contacted Virtu directly and was told to contact Hime Depot insteadOn 8/29, I contacted *** *** to request replacement parts and was told that I would receive a response with hoursAfter receiving no response, I again contacted *** *** who contacted Virtu*** *** was told that they (Virtu) would begin working on my parts request right away and would received an update by Wednesday afternoonUpon receiving no update, I again contacted *** *** and was told that they (Virtu) have three days to respond to *** ***'s request and I should hear something by ThursdayUpon hearing nothing, I again contacted *** *** who contacted Virtu*** *** was told that they have no idee when, or if, replacement parts would be availableEssentially, I received three different answers to the same questio

I purchased a bathroom vanity from Home Depot over months ago The vanity was from Virtu USA When I received the vanity, the sink was missing from the package It was not sent I contacted Home Depot and they ordered it from Virtu USA They sent the wrong sink and hard ware finally after a monthFinally, I received the sink that is still a little to small and NO hard ware was included at all this time My contractor said that he could make the sink fit but I needed the hard ware I have tried contacting them several times as well as Home Depot I have resent pictures and received emails that they received them I still have not received the correct merchandise I have tried contacting them again and can not get an answer I have contacted Home Depot and they said that they will get the same run around as I would This has been going on for over monthsPlease advise me on how to handle this matter
