I just spent $97 for a product about wholesaling real estate and the next page didn't load and connect me to the program I paid for. Refund plz
Around 6.30AM I used my cashapp *** card to purchase a real estate investing program for $97. Once I sent the money the page failed to load and connect me to the program. I used *** as my email address and have attempted to get a refund via email with no response. I've called. As gain no response.
All I want is access to the program I paid $97 for or a refund of $97.
ordered 9/1 early in the morning, he called back before we even opened for a refund. He also filled out this complaint with you before we opened. I refunded him immediately and then called him to find out why he didn't give us a chance to help him. It turns out it was his girlfriend that called you guys, he didn't even want a refund. He is now ordering the same product again tomorrow. Please remove the complaint.

This company did in fact call me and refunded my $97. I am completely satisfied with the outcome and did in fact tell them that I'm sorry it played out the way it did and that I didn't want a refund. I'd much rather have the program and will be reordering the program. As far as I'm concerned this complaint has been handled and can be closed. Seeing how they handled the matter properly I would recommend anyone to use their services.
Double Charged 2x $5.60 for E-book and $97 for FREE 2 week trial. Request refund. No response from calls, emails and Facebook mssgs.
Received an email from DC F. Virtual Real Estate Investment Club for E-book offer for $5.60 and I purchased on August 15, 2019. Was taken to page with video for FREE, $0.00 cost "VIP Training Membership" and I subscribed. I was Charged 2x $5.60 for E-book and $97 for the FREE trial to VIP membership which was supposed to occur AFTER the 14 day trial. I have called 6 times (8/15, 8/16, 8/19) and left voicemail mssgs. NO return phone call. I have sent 4 emails to their listed customer services and contacted them 2x via their Facebook pages explaining these charges. NO REPLY. I respectfully request a refund of the $97 and $5.60.
