We have spoken to *** *** numerous of time. Unfortunately she wants to have her existing clockRepair however as we explained to ***, that for this particular clocks we don’t make parts for them but we are more thanHappy to substitute the clock with the up graded model
*** under warranty meaning no charge. She has stated that is UN acceptable and will contact you. *** I’m willing to replace the clock for no extra cost for customerIf she will like the up-graded model. Please have *** contact me directly and I will be more than happy to special order clock.

For warranty service, we normally do require the original filled out warranty card or receipt to be sent with the watch, neither was provided to usI was able to review the customers watch and will be able to cover the service under warrantyI will call the customer to inform him

Per customer *** ***, the reason why we are not able to proceed with his watch repair, we are waitingfor our overseas vendor to give us a strong ETA on the part needed to complete repair. If customer is not willing to wait,we are more than happy to credit his credit card and ship his
product back un-repair. Please let me know if customer is willing to wait or he wants to decline and get his refund and watch back

I am rejecting this response because: The business didn't provide the costs to finish the repair suggested and I'm not satisfy with the "discount" solution offered.My understand from my last phone discussion with the service center was that the "case" is actually an internal part that's can be broken by wearing the watchWhy such part is excluded from warranty if this is a watch internal part holding the movement? What frustrating me is I really like the watch but I had to deal with the same issue times and when I received the watch back the latest repair description is the internal case is "missing and broken" and need to be replacedIf the part is indeed missing or broken during the last attempts to repair the watch, I shouldn't be the one paying for it even it's discounted

I am rejecting this response because: They did not ask for the warranty card so I did not provide it. I can provide the card if asked but I believed providing a copy of the sales receipt and the shipping information was sufficient to prove the date of purchase from Amazon.com. The warranty card suggests that "we will at our option regulate, adjust, or repair it or replace parts or movement without charge to you ...". Since their options were to either destroy the clock or buy a new one from them (which would start the cycle of failure and repeating this process of not providing the promised warranty) which is not specified in the warranty information. If they don't have the skill or ability to repair or replace their defective clocks they should at the very least stop claiming to provide a warranty.Since I filed this complaint, Amazon.com generously agreed to accept a return of the clock for refund even though they only guarantee to purchase for days. So from my perspective the issue is resolved. I would like to protect others from being taken advantage of by Seiko repair for their worthless 'warranty'.

It seems like it was sent to us by Fred Meyer, but there is nothing to link the customer to their account. Is there a way maybe to contact the customer and have them send it to me for evaluation and then a decisionCan be made. I can’t provide any information since the owner which is Mr

Customer *** * *** has not sent in his watch for warranty service. I will contact customer from my end,And explain to customer that in order to repair his product under warranty, we would have to have his watch inFor service. I will keep you updated

The customer did not receive the original estimate by email we sent on May 21st because we had his incorrect email addressI have contacted the customer today by phone to discuss the repair of this watch

I received letter from customer ***. I will have one of my representatives to contact him today; we will repair it as a 1x accommodation When customer purchases a watch from an un-authorized dealer, automatically warranty will be voided. Please advise customer
that a representative will contact him today before 5pm eastern time.We will instruct him to mail his watch, and once we have it in our service center, we will repair the watch movement

We could not repair the clock the customer sent to our service center and offered a different replacement at a discounted priceThe customer did not provide an original filled out warranty cardThe customer provided a shipping label and asked that we send the clock back

We received customer *** *** repair in the beginning of February.? Mr*** has a year warranty for his product; however as stated in his booklet, his warranty only cover the inner working of his watch.? He sent it with a damage crystal witch is not cover under
warranty.? He declined repair for crystal and we kindly sent it back to him in the same condition we received it.? If customer wants to forward back to me, I can go ahead and see how I can further assist him on this matter.? Please see below for estimate memo
