total discount +Free shipping for his order over $However, *** *** requested both offers be combined for a total of 90% discountI left voicemail for *** *** on 5/**/advised we would be unable to accommodate his request and the two offers would not be able to be combinedHe will be required to place two different orders if he would like to take advantage of all the promotions and coupon that have been extended to him

In researching Revdex.com Complaint # *** for *** *** *** We were able to validate *** *** concerns that we did in fact have an old address on file We have since made the change and corrected the address *** *** has personally been contacted and his order will be
shipping today with expedited day shipping In addition, due to the poor experience he encountered a 40% coupon that is good for the next days was emailed to him as a form of apology *** *** was satisfied with the resolution provided to him

We investigated this report and did validate the customer's claimsThe items that the customer did not receive were not in stock, and therefore placed on backorder at the time the consumer placed her order
The consumer was not properly notified of this situationDuring her follcalls,
she was mistakenly lead to believe that these items would be sent to her, however, due to circumstances beyond our control, we did not receive new inventory.
The customer service associates that spoke to this consumer are undergoing re-training and our new Customer Service Manager is reviewing situations like this to help create improved overall SOPs for associates
The Customer Service Manager spoke to the consumer on March *, A credit was issued along with an additional $credit to help compensate for the poor customer service experience

To whom it may concern,
The customer placed her order on March ***, on our website, order ##***
She called to inquire about her order on March ***, 2017, and was told it can take 24-hours to process and ship
The customer called again on March
***, 2017, to again inquire about her order, which had not yet been deliveredShe then wanted to cancel the order and pick up products at the local storeAt this point her order was in process, the shipping label had already been printed, and it was scheduled to ship. The call was then escalated to a supervisor who advised the customer that she would have to refuse the package when it is received as it was too late to stop the shipment
The customer subsequently hung up
A refund for $shipping fee was refunded to the customer’s credit card at that time
The order shipped out from New York on March ***, and was confirmed as delivered on March ***,
Our customer service agents failed to advise the customer that shipments out of the New York warehouse were delayed due to recent inclement weather that had shut down operations on March ***,
We apologize for not providing full and accurate information to the customer when she called to inquire about her order

His account was refunded $ in full for his order due to his poor experience *** *** has been a loyal customer with Vitamin World since and we sincerely apologize for his experience We have followed up on his package today and confirmed it was delivered at 10:am this morning 8/*/as promised We recently changed out systems platforms and unfortunately was experiencing an issues with the address formatting correctly This caused *** ***'s order not to ship to him properly We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, frustration he has experienced Vitamin World has taken immediate action and steps to insure this matter is corrected immediately *** *** has confirmed that he was satisfied with the resolution when we spoke with him

This is in response to the Revdex.com complaint # [redacted] that Vitamin World received from [redacted] on 8/**/17. Vitamin World processed the refund in the amount of $231.89 on 8/**/17 at 10:27:26 am EST and an email was sent to the customer's email address on file on 8/**/17 as stated. The refund...

Vitamin World emailed [redacted] again on 8/**/17 to advise that the refund could take 5-7 business days (from the date the refund was processed) based on the banking institution to appear. [redacted] was also was provided the Corporate Office email address ([redacted] in the email sent to him today)to contact Vitamin World should he have any additional questions or concerns.

This is in response to [redacted]'s complaint concerning his order, which he failed to receive. The item was not in stock at the time [redacted] placed his order, however, the customer service agent mistakenly processed the order due to a miscommunication regarding the inventory...

We reached out to [redacted] on several occasions, finally speaking to him on Friday, May [redacted], 2017.
At the time of the transaction, the customer service agent posted a $10.00 credit as a show of good faith because of the inconvenience he was caused. When we spoke with him on May [redacted], he was given a full credit for the item, which was still on back order, as well as an additional $10.00 credit to help make up for his poor customer experience. An apology letter was mailed to him with a coupon for 40% any purchase made in store or on line.

in the amount of $ 60.08 for her order and also sent her the item that was missing to complete her original order. In addition, Vitamin World also sent [redacted] three additional 3 Quest Bars Chocolate Brownies valued at $103.49. [redacted] was also contacted on 8/**/17 and provided a tracking# of her expedited order.
