[Your Answer Here]
$6 bucks for shipping is not enough, I've tried calling them back to resolve this but I was out of supplements and had to buy more product in the nearly 2 weeks it took to get their product

We have since been in contact with [redacted]. Due to system limitations, we could only process the $20 credit on a telephone sale which was not conducive to her schedule.
Therefore, we credited her for 2 items she had previously purchased, totaling approximately $28.00 on March [redacted], 2017. The customer is aware of this action and seems to be satisfied.
Sincerely,
Lisa B[redacted]

This in response to [redacted]'s response to the Revdex.com where she expressed her dissatisfaction with our credit for the shipping costs of her order, which was late. The reason for the tardy delivery had been explained previously as delays caused by closures and delivery delays due to weather. To show our appreciation for [redacted]'s patience and continued patronage of Vitamin World, we have credited her account for $20.00.She has been notified of this additional credit via email.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I informed vitamin world that this whole thing could have been avoided if the customer service rep I originally spoke with would have extended the free shipping to me that was in the promo email and was not expired. They were extremely rude about that and even the manager refused to give me free shipping, so I'm not at all happy with the response from them. They've extended the original offer to me, again which I should have been given before contacting Revdex.com, but nothing else. What do I get for my time in trying to get VW to honor their pricing? This isn't right that a company can get away with promotions being sent out and then either not work properly on their website, or just change at any given hour of the day when the email states an expiration date for the promo. I informed VW that they need to give me a little more incentive if they want to keep my business rather than just extend to me the same email promo and an additional coupon (which would then cause me to pay for shipping I'm sure). I just feel that this doesn't at all fix the problem and is just an easy way out for them when they flat out lie to their consumers with their emails. The only way I'll accept their response is if I'm given some type of gift card or money off in addition to the original email promotions. Thanks.

In response to [redacted]s complaint we searched our customer service database and did not find record of his emails, sent through our website on March [redacted], 2017 and March **, 2017. One of our representatives called [redacted] on March [redacted], 2017 to apologize for this situation and then spoke...

to him about his wish to return the products he had purchased. He had ordered 2 bottles of Ultra Man Sport Multivitamins in error, and wanted to return them for a refund. In addition, he forwarded the representative the 2 emails he had sent to "[redacted]".A Mail Return Label with a tracking number, was supplied to [redacted] on March [redacted], 2017.Once the products are en route back to Vitamin World, a full refund will be issued to his Pay Pal account. He will receive an email when the refund has been processed. We are still investigating the reason for the unread/un answered emails.

[redacted] has received a full refund of $52.98 to his [redacted] account today. He has been informed of such.
We apologize for the miscommunication on our end of the timing of the refund, as it takes 1-2 days from receipt of the return to the warehouse to be processed and reported back to Customer Service to allow the refund to process.
We will be looking at our internal policies to help avoid this type of situation in the future.

This is in response to Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted] Customer [redacted].  [redacted] the Manager at Vitamin World's corporate office contacted [redacted] on 6/*/17 @ 2:00pm to review his complaint with him.  [redacted]'s consumer's point of view was that Vitamin World's corporate policy...

was not to accept his health insurance debit card as a form of payment.  [redacted] explained to [redacted] that this is not a corporate policy of Vitamin World.  That most if not all vitamin companies have been flagged as a non classified (non vendor).  As a result, when the card is attempted to be used to purchase vitamins the card will be declined.  This would be an issue [redacted] would have to discuss with his health care provider.  [redacted] was satisfied with the information provided to him and agreed this matter was resolved.
