Here is the original email, including headers, which I have confirmed a vitelity owned server(They run a declining balance and automatically charge my charge, so the negative amount means I owe them/they've charged my card) Dear Customer, We are emailing you to let you know that your current balance is now $-10,for the account ' [redacted] ' You have requested that we email you once when your balance falls below $You may change and/or disable this notification on the Account Settings page within the customer user portal Sincerely, Vitelity Communications [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com: [redacted] d/b/a Vitelity (“Vitelity”) submits this response to Complaint No [redacted] regarding unwanted calls from telephone number [redacted] [redacted] ***, its subsidiaries and affiliates are primarily wholesale providers of telecommunications services to other carriers, resellers and service providers who use the services we provide in order to provide their own wholesale or retail telecommunications services Vitelity is not making the calls or causing the calls to be made Vitelity is not a telemarketer nor does it provide telemarketing services. In this case, the telephone number belongs to Vitelity, however, the number is inactive and has not been assigned to a wholesale customer since June As such, it is likely that the number has been “spoofed.” Caller ID spoofing occurs when the caller falsifies the information that appears on a call recipient’s caller ID In these cases, we are unable to stop the calls as we do not know what number is actually making the calls. If the complainant wishes to pursue an investigation regarding the calls, his own service provider may be able to provide assistance in tracking down the actual originating number.Thank you

Service is back on, but was not working properly most of the day, and my account was still receiving a declined message while trying to make outbound calls well into the evening as a result of this $10,billing fiasco

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I'd like a better explanation as to why the -$10,balance occurred and what is being done to prevent it from happening again, since there system typically auto-bills me when ever there is a negative or low balance
I would also like some kind of limit in place, in light of this incident, as to what they are able to bill me, IEnever more than $in a week, unless I give them written authorization stating otherwise, (typically the charge is $350/mo)

Service is back on, but was not working properly most of the day, and my account was still receiving a declined message while trying to make outbound calls well into the evening as a result of this $10,000 billing fiasco.

Dear Revdex.com:
[redacted] d/b/a Vitelity ("Vitelity") submits this second response to the above-referenced complaint. As of June 16, 2014, [redacted] acquired the assets of Vitelity, LLC and is now using the Vitelity trade name.
Per the previous response to this complaint, the email concerning the negative balance was sent in error to a number of customers on December 4, 2015. [redacted] was notified of the issue via email and advised to disregard the notification.
In this case, a technical issue occurred as the result of an upgrade to the network hardware and software which caused the false negative balance email to be automatically generated. The technical problem was resolved on December 4, 2015, and monitoring systems have been implemented. We do not anticipate any further issues.
With respect to his request concerning billing/payment limits, [redacted] should contact Vitelity customer service via telephone at [redacted] during business hours (Monday-Friday - 7am-5:30pm MST) or open a trouble ticket via the online user portal to request changes to the billing on his account.
