I read an ad for brain and memory improvement and after reading the senior citizens reviews I bought the product. No where in the lengthy ad did I see anything about a membership!
Today I got a call from Vita Brain telling me that because I hadn't contacted them to cancel my membership after 14 days that I owed them $103.00 if
cancelled now! She kept telling me she would escalate my membership. I took that as a threat.
I then called the company and told a customer service guy what happened. He then offered me a discount. I said the product had done nothing for me he went ahead and cancelled my membership. He also gave me a cancellation code.

Will not refund my money.
Wasn't told that I had 14 days to return or would get charged full price. When I received product I sent it back to them unopened. They confirmed that they had received the product back. I have spoke to customer service and have been told that they will not refund my money back.

Every month I receive one bottle of Vito brain Pills that I have never ordered. I send them back each month and I still receive them.

To make sure they did not charge me anything else because they told me not to send it back, I threw it away. I blocked any other charges on that credit card from them in July when I called them to cancel. I received a call today from somebody saying that a charge for $102 was declined and they would take action.I believe it was a FL address but since they told me it was cancelled on the phone when I called them I threw the bottle away and do not have the address or phone # but saw on line that other people were scammed.by them

Free trial bottle you end up paying for, and signing up for a subscription also. No returns, no refunds, no company contact outside of 1-800 #.
On June 18, I ordered a 'free trial bottle' of VitaBrain and Omega, responsible for shipping only. NOT THE CASE - BEWARE!!! I was told by CS Rep *** that in the advertisement it states you need to contact them within 14 days of receipt or pay full price. NOT SO!! I have no idea where that info is buried, but I never would have done the trial. In addition to having to pay full price, you are also automatically signed up for a subscription to both products. I've now been automatically charged $111.90 for the VitaBrain and $110.90 for the Omega, totaling $222.80 for a FREE TRIAL!! When I asked CS Rep *** who I can contact to discuss, she replied "No one, we have no other contact info to provide". She said my order was scheduled to be delivered today, and when I asked her about returning for a refund, she said they don't accept returns and don't give refunds. When I expressed my pure frustration that this has happened, she did not say one word - not one.SILENT and unresponsive to say the least. I get the impression she has heard this feedback several hundred times. If there's no other place for me to contact, I find myself stuck with this product - which is EXACTLY THIS COMPANY'S INTENTIONS. I do not want this product, and I need my $222.80 returned! I kept my end of the bargain, I paid $7.95 shipping for each of these trial bottles, exactly what I said I would do. This company needs to step up and do the right thing, and stop preying on people in this way! If the product can be returned, they need to accept the return and provide the refund! But most importantly, they need to fix this 'free-trial' advertisement so folks know EXACTLY what they're signing up for!! This company's conduct is absolutely GROSS.

I ordered a free sample of Vito brain pills for 7.95 for the shipping and I got a additional bottle of omega muscle for 7.95 and they were a free trial just pay shipping. The pills dont work and after 14 days they charged my account 102.95 for each bottle. I emailed them and called them 16 days later but they wouldn't refund my account. I never ok then to deduct that money from my account. TOTAL SCAM FALSE ADVERTISING

I placed an order but then I told my doctor at the weight loss clinic I go to and she said hunnu that's the same EXACT thing that's you the lipovite shots you get for 6.00 each, and I called to cancel, then o was charged 103.95 and I called back, they canceled everything but refused to refund my money!!! This is a scam PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!!!!!

Approximately 3 weeks ago I ordered a single bottle of vitabrain. My account was charged. July 2 the company charged $102 unauthorized. Need refund.

I haven't had a deposit into the account until July 2 and on the same day I was charged by dimond b muscle for $102. This was unauthorized. I thought I was ordering a "no risk" free trial offer of Vito Brain on 06/12/2020, but an additional charge showed up on my credit card on 06/26/2020.
Unexpected charge of 96 dollars to my credit card for Vito Brain on 06/26/2020 (pending). I immediately called Vito Brain's 800 number. The customer rep would not refund the charge, but cancelled the "membership". Their ad was misleading as I thought I had only ordered the "no risk" free bottle for 7.95 shipping and handling. I never knowingly signed up for a membership. Order date for free trial was 06/12/2020. I don't know if you need this information, but the number is 800- 906-0054 and the rep looks up the account by name and zip code.

My 81 year old mother with dementia is getting harassed by them because they say she ordered something and agreed to a post free sample trial of $100
I handle her finances and disputed the charge - I told them to write it off and they could not hold her responsible for her not understanding
They threatened to ruin her credit - I told them to go for it - she is 81 what credit do they think that will do to her future ability to buy a house or a car??
I told them to be human and remove the charges and stop calling her and to tell their supervisors I said that

I am a 87 year old male living alone in Boca Raton, Florida. I am a long time customer of Amazon, have a prime account and have purchased many products thru Amazon prime as my record file will confirm. Approximately the 2nd week of April of this year I ordered what I understood from the ad to be a free sample of VITA-BRAIN that required a shipping & handling fee only and if satisfied could order more. This small 30 day supply bottle arrived 4/22/20 via US Postal . On my credit card statement there was a charge of $7.95 by DIAMOND-CREAM.COM which included a phone number. I did not recognize the company and called immediately. They advised me it was the S&H charge for the free sample and that they would be handling my account. I told them I did not have an account as yet, but if I was satisfied with the supplement (as the ad stated) I would probably order more. On my May statement I found they had charged my account for $103.95 on May 6th. and I received nothing! I called and was advised it was for the April shipment. I told them to stop the shipment, close the account and please refund the charge. I never received any May shipment and never received any refund on my credit card. I called again and they advised me I had an account and would be charged $111.90 for monthly shipments. I replied I did not agree to any account and to please refund the $103.95 to my card. I told them they need not refund the $7.95 for the free sample S&H as I had agreed to that. They then agreed to refund the $103.95 on my card and to close the account. They did not refund anything and I just received my June statement and they had yet another charge on my card of $111.90!!!!
To sum it up: 1. THE ONLY PRODUCT SHIPPED TO ME IS THE APRIL SAMPLE. NOTHING ELSE!
2. 5/6/20 CHARGE $103.95
3. 6/6/20 CHARGE $ 111.90
TOTAL $215.85 (That should be refunded)

Will somebody help force this company to stop this scam and refund my charges!!!!

This company gets you to purchase and then keeps charging you over and you can never get in contact with anyone to stop charging you for more of its products

After paying for a trial offer of VitoBrain for $7.95, I realized it was auto-ship unless cancelled. I immediately cancelled the product. I received the trial of VitoBrain and Prime Omega 100. The charge for the Prime Omega 100 was for $7.95 from Schulz Skin Cream. Then I was billed on April 11, I received a bill from Schulz Skin Cream for $102. 95. On April 14, Simplymusclesygt.com billed me for $l03.95. I cancelled again and told them I was not paying for other shipments. On May 11, I was charged by Schulz Skin Cream for $110.90, and on May 14, I was charged $111.40 by Schulz Muscle. I went online and cancelled again. I also sent an email to the company stating I had cancelled twice and would not pay for the order sent. On June 20, I received another shipment of the two products. I found the company's phone number on Revdex.com's website and called. They were not going to cancel the previous billings, but would allow me to return the latest shipment. I have worked with my credit card company to resolve the payments, but want people to know this is a huge scam. The advertisement used Dr. Ben Carson and Bill O'Reilly as celebrities who had successfully used the product. So for they billed me for almost $650.00. Now I have the hassle have replacing my credit card and contacting all who receive direct payments from me.

Vito Brain is a product advertised to be a free supply, but the company charges you almost $200 for the product.
Vito Brain sent me a bottle of 60 capsules advertised to be a free sample. They then charged me almost $200 for the bottle. I contacted them and they said there was some print that I had to contact them in order to avoid the charge. To customers, a free sample should be free and not an excessive charge for a product that doesn't even work. This entire sales scheme is a sham. I think they believe that products to improve the brain will be needed by older citizens who are perfect soft targets for these sharp practices. Most of us in my age category can't even read the small print and certainly would never had ordered the product knowing it cost so much. It's not only worthless, it is an expensive worthless.

I was researching on the internet and this ad was on a page I was viewing. The site glorified the product using singer Willie Nelson as a story for the success of the product. The site claims one bottle free just pay shipping. "Vito Brain 60 Caps". I then filled out my banking info that was deducted May 28, 2020. and on June 12 The company named Diamond B Muscle deducted 103.95 from my Checking account without notice. I called the company to resolve the issue and the lady with broken english tells me they wont refund my money it was for the remainder of the bottle that I should have canceled the order at 14 days, and there is nothing they can do for me. I did not read on the site anything about extra charges or canceling orders.
