After paying shipping for 2week trial, I went online to cancel because I read reviews about this scam. I've been harassed to pay 4 unrecieved products
I paid shipping for a 2 week free trial of vidor brains keto pills. after I received them and tried them for a couple days I realized that they made me feel weird and so I stopped taking them and went online to try to cancel the trial. there was no information so I went to your Revdex.com website and saw all of the complaints and reviews from people that had this company fraudulently charged their accounts. Seeing this I decided to get a new debit card because I work at McDonald's and cannot afford hundreds of dollars to pay for a product that I only receive two weeks of. I have since then gotten at least 30 phone calls from their customer service department demanding that I pay for products that I never received. the only thing I ever received was the the free two-week trial and I paid the shipping so I don't owe them any money. I also offered to send their trial product back to them because it made me feel horrible and I was scared to take it. I have learned from this experience to always read reviews on companies but I am very tired of having all of these harassing phone calls. The lady that continually calls me has threatened me to try to get me to pay them hundreds of dollars for something I never received. She said because I didn't call and cancel -which I didn't know I was supposed to do- that my cancellation was not acceptable and would not be recognized. I also never received any documentation from the shipping and handling that I paid but this was back in 2019 sometime between the end of July through September I don't remember the exact date. and because I didn't get it any confirmation email I can't provide that to you. I am very close to having to change my phone number because of these people and I don't want anyone else to ever go through what I'm going through right now. I desperately need this company to quit calling me and take me off their list and out of their computer and I want to unsubscribe from any further communication. I do not owe them money as I have never received any other products, and I need them to just leave me alone that's all I want

This company scammed me!
VitoBrain forced me into purchasing Omega Schultz only not to receive the product Omega Schultz. They would not refund my money, my bank has had $102.00 of my money tied up for 4 monthes now. It has caused a ripple effect on my account 3 times. As a single mother and pillar to my community, I feel discriminated against as if my voice dosen't matter. I did not want to begin with this product! I did not order omega! I ordered VitoBrain only! This company made me purchase omega for vitobrain. Shipped vitobrain, no omega! I paid for both products! Not hard. The company owes me 102 and change!

Unexpected charges for products not ordered. Misleading promotion using high profile names of endorsement that are false.
Ordered 0ne product (Vito brain) at no cost other than $7.95 shipping & handling. I received a confirmation that was for two for a total of $15.90. It then went on to say that another charge of $103.95 would be placed on my Visa card on 5/1/2020. I immediately cancelled the order as I knew that it was a scam. I called Visa to cancel the charge, but was told that a charge for $15.90 had already gone through, and that nothing could be done until my monthly statement came through at which time it could be challenged. A few days later, I received two bottles (one was Vito Brain, and another for a joint supplement). The shipment came from H & M from Salt Lake City, Ut. I shipped the joint supplement back with a note to say that it wasn't ordered. On 5/15/2020, I received my monthly Visa statement to find that I had (2) charges of $7.95 on 4/17, one from CTbrainseven and one from Shultz Skin Cream. On 5/1/2020, there was a charge 0f $103.95 from CTBrainseven. On 5/2/2020, there was also a charge of $102.95 from Schulz Skin Cream. I called Customer Service of VitoBrain @ 800-906-0054. I talked to a man named Dray, who cancelled any future charges, but would not issue any credit for falsely charged product. After a lot of evasiveness, he admitted that the product and charges were from Vito Brain of Tampa, Fl.

Refund of unauthorized and false charges to my credit card in the amount of $214.95, along with an apology.

I have been charged for products that I did not receive.
I have a problem with VitoBrain in Tampa, Florida about my charges with them. (Beware that my mind meanders, so my writing does also. I will try and identify my meanderings but enclosing them in parentheses () ). Last July I ordered a 15 day test supply of Vito Brain Pime Omega (a "brain enhancer") as I am past 80 and my mind is fading. (I actually also tested the enhancers of 3 or 4 other manufacturers. None of them and also VitoBrain did nothing for me. I have given up on enhancers and now just write a lot in my composition books to remind me.) I thought I had phoned them within the 15 days to terminate the contract. (I said thought, but my confidence level is not great that I did.) About the same time, I lost my credit card and phoned the credit company to tell to cancel it and get me a new account. In the fall, I got a notice from VitoBrain that they had sent me the follow on two automatic orders. I e-mailed them to say their product didn't work indicating they should terminate the contract. Additionally, I told them I did not receive either order. They told me they billed my account, but the charge was rejected (yep, it was on a reported lost card), but sent the order. Then about a month later, they did the same thing. (I wonder about a company that has a problem and reattempts it before there was a solution.) That is when they mailed me the notice that I owed for two orders. If I had received the first order, I would have called them and straightened the account. But I did not receive the first one, nor the second. I responded as above, that neither order had arrived. They responded in again in December saying I still owed them. Again I told them, I never received their order. This month they phoned three times. I keep saying I did not receive the orders. I went to my old pharmacy box, the place where I keep outdated drugs or drugs which my doctor has taken me off of. I do that as I have been told not to put drugs in the garbage, but to periodically turn them in to a pharmacy to safely dispose. I had finished the 15 day test, so I threw away the empty bottle. I did not have the later orders in the box, so I am sure I never received them. VitoBrain is threatening to up the charges and to affect my credit. I am a hard headed Irishman and do not wish to pay for something I did not receive. What should I do? (Since I can't truthfully remember if I called them during the initial test or not, I would accept a compromise that I missed the deadline and pay for the initial order. But to pay them more because I what I think is their methodology, rails my bones.) But in our conversations they essentially indicated it was pay or else - no compromises.

I will accept whatever resolution that the Revdex.com indicates that is fair.

I bought VITO BRAIN on Jan 30 2020 no a 'RISK FREE TRIAL' PAY ONLY $7.95 FOR SHIPPING - which I paid. Then I received a call April 8 from Cindy who said she was in billing. She said I owed a balance of $102.95 if I didn't pay $$ it would be reported to the credit bureaus. After going round & round - I said I paid for the shipping and the bottle was a free trial. Cindy said that you had to click the button to read all the terms & conditions to see that if you didn't cancel after 14 days you would have to pay the additional amount. I paid by discover card not to have my credit dinged. I then found the original order confirmation in my email - it did NOT say anything about additional charges if cancelation wasn't with in 14 days (email attached) I called the number Cindy gave me & asked to speak to a manager - Michael said he was a manager. I said I felt I was charged unfairly - the truth about the order was purposely hidden and that I wanted to resolve it and have my $$ credited back. He was very NASTY and that's when I knew for sure I had been
scammed.
I received a receipt but it said ORDER not CANCELATION so I called back and said I did not order anything he needed to send me a 'Proof of Cancelation' I then received 4 emails from Vito Brain(attached)
The number I called was 215.258.8454
After that I called Discover card which I used to charge the $102.95 and asked that they stop payment - the person I spoke with said they could not do that while the charges were pending & I would have to contact them once the charges went through. The charges were being made to SCHULTZ MUSCLE

I would like the $102.95 to be credited back to my discover card or a refund check.

Order one product for shipping only, another product not ordered added, then demand full price for both items
Saw ad online for Vito Brain where one could try the item for shipping only. Carefully searched the website for the terms but could find none. Decided to try as $7.99 was not a substantial amount. Email Confirmation of the order included an item I did not order, with the cost of shipping for both items. In all of the searching I did on the website, there was no information concerning the retail price of either of the items. I immediately responded to the email telling them to cancel the order. The two items in the order were received and I figured I was out $15.98. I heard nothing further from them until today when I received a call demanding payment of $202.90 for the two items. They informed me that there was a 14 day cancellation period in which to cancel, intimating that I should have cancelled within the 14days. There was no disclosure of this information in anything I received. In addition, I had already sent them a email telling them to cancel the order. I could not find the cancellation email I sent to them because after all this time, it had been deleted.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund. I would be more than happy to send the items back to them.

I ordered 2 products off the internet for a 30 day trial related to recent onset of difficulty concentrating and difficulty with memory. The directions were unclear and I did not realize not only that the product would continue monthly but the price was ridiculous. I originally ordered 2 supplements in June 3rd of 2019 for $7.95. On June 16th and 17th they charged my account $202.90 for another shipment I did not receive. I tried to find the company information or phone number but nothing accompanied the product. I searched on the internet and still could not get information. Finally on my quarterly bank statement I found a phone number. Please note the description on the statement did not reflect the company name or the correct product. July I phoned the company to cancel charges. August I received products again and charged. I continued to call monthly to cancel and then request information how to return product for refund. Each time I was put on hold and nobody ever returned to the line. I held for as long as 20 mins. I finally contacted my bank to find out options. I had to close debit card to stop the charges. in total I was charged: 6/3/19-$7.95

My card was cancelled and replaced 11/16/19. Thankfully the bank put a stop payment on the 11/16/19 omega b charge. of important note I never ordered or received any diamond b cream or cream of any type.

In July through sept I called monthly after receiving more shipments and more charges and cancelled and questioned refund and return information. Every time I was put on hold and never returned to call. I got my bank involved again in October to disput charges. They were unable to do anything for me and directed me to cancel the debit card.

There is very little information on the insert. When you call the company, they can barely speak English. I have all my bank statements to verify charges. I have all the unopened products some still in the shipping package.

Obviously this is a lot of money to spend on a supplement and cream I never received. I just want to return it and and get my money refunded. I am currently unemployed related to the virus so it is only now that I have the during normal business hours to research this thoroughly.

I May I became ill and was having trouble with memory and concentration and ordered this trial. However, before I ever opened the products I was diagnostic with acute liver failure induced by antibiotics and that caused the lack of concentration. My physician also directed me at that time not to take the supplements. It was in July 2019 that I notified the company that my physician instructed me not to take and my struggles began. I notified the company in November that I would be canceling my card to prevent further charges. Again they placed me on hold when I asked for return information.

I tried contacting them to cancel, but phone numbers were not valid on line. No contact information on packing slip. Kept shipping me product.
I tried canceling the product after I got the 2nd shipment and the outrageous cost for the product. I never ordered one of the products they billed me for. All numbers listed online were invalid. No way of discontinuing via their website. Packing slip had no contact information. I called the shipping company listed on the packing slip and they were a 3rd party. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the shipment. Just got a call today from them after 6 months of no shipments stating they are shipping me 2 bottles. I said to cancel and they will not until I pay for something that I have not received yet. I stated I would return the product to them, but they stated that it is non-returnable. They called from 1-215-258-8454. I asked for their number and they would not provide. They stated that they will not cancel until I pay. This is a scam.

They stated this will show up on my credit report. They are shipping me something I did not order and I will gladly return the product that they claimed they just shipped me. Their product does not work and I would like them to stop sending me something I do not want and will not pay for.

The ad to sell me the item was misleading. It said I would get a free trial bottle for 30 days and I thought it said it would be free if I canceled before the 30 days. I did cancel on the 23rd day. When I called them they said it had to be cancelled within 17 days. Therefore they charged me $103.95.
So instead of charging the credit card $7.95, it was $103.95.

If I could give this company a negative number, I would. I purchased a trial offer of their Vito Brain product. It was supposed to be free. I only had to pay $7.95 shipping -- or so they said. Just three weeks later, I had a charge on my credit card for $103.95 for the product. I was stunned. When I called the company, they confirmed that they were charging me that outrageous amount. I cancelled my order with them, but they would not refund my money. Beware this company. If they aren't a scam, I don't know what is.

$103.95 was charged to account without authorization. Company refuses to give return address for return of product and issue refund.
Ordered product on 11/16/2019. Received product approximately 3 days later. no return or warranty info in package. My account was charged $103.95 on 12/2/19 without authorization. When I contacted the company on about 12/3.19 I was told I should have returned product within 14 days of ordering in order to keep from my account from being charged. After talking to a person on the phone for several minutes, I was told someone would call me back.I had to contact them again on 12/16. I was told that day, by 5 people, that their system was down and they were unable to access any accounts. when I contacted them again on 12/17 I was told I was past the 30 day refund period.This unauthorized charge caused my account to be overdrafted.

On 10/10/19 I authorized what I thought was Free offer by paying for shipping. I had no idea I needed to reply within 14 day for a refund. They hyped up the product, which didn't work for me, using celebrities and all the benefits of the product.

My husband is 80. He ordered the brain pills because Milania Trump supposedly endorsed them. Mind you he only wanted to try them. As soon as I found out (within the 14 day cancellation period) I called the company and cancelled everything to do with the order and auto order... Original order was 9/14/19. I cancelled wrote down cancellation number (but cannot find it now). Then I saw another charge on 10-3-19 which for some reason our bank declined. I supposed it was due to my calling them to notify I had cancelled the account. But, they charged my card again on 10/4/19 which did go through. Then again on 11-4-19 another charge and another bottle of 30 pills arrived. I immediately called today (just received bottle). Explained everything but was told 'THERE IS NO NOTICE OF YOU CANCELLING THE ORDER'. So very convenient. After much discussion the order was finally cancelled but FLATLY REFUSED TO REFUND ANY MONEY TO MY CREDIT CARD. SUPER SCAM.... MY husband doesn't understand auto ship and this company preys on seniors. I've notified my credit card of fraud but wanted to advise this company should be shut down.....they prey on seniors as witnessed by their response to me 'that my husband SHOULD have read the fine print!'.

I desire the credit used for purchase be reimbursed 100% any and all charges... I will approve the $15.99 original charge for trial period, but nothing else. These people should receive a huge fine and be run out of business.

Company billed for items not ordered and ignored immediate request for cancelation of order, then billed for cancelled order.
I decided to try some free trial VitoBrain pills I saw advertised in NewsMax Magazine. I requested only Vito Brain Pills, but when they sent me an invoice with Prime-Omega Pills which I never ordered. I immediatly sent them an E-mail to cancell all my orders with them and make no shipment at all to me. They sent both bottles anyway and then billed me over $200 which overdrew my Bank Account. They billed these Items to two different locations resulting in two overdrafts. They shipped these anyway and they arrived while I was out of town so I never new that the items were not cancelled like I requested. I thought it was over till they billed my credit card for over $200 for the pills a month later. $104.00 was for nothing more than a $12.00 bottle of vitamin B12. The other was for a bottle of Ginko pills worth about $6.

Desired Outcome

Request Refund of all expendatures for these items including, Trial shipping charges ,Subcription fees and overdraft charges. Business should cease and desist from misleading advertising, and massive charges for inexpensive vitamin supplements.

I ordered a trial period of this product and cancelled right away after receiving it.

Trick you thinking you're getting a free trial, then charge you with buying their products unknowingly. Charging it to your accountaccount themselves.
