Took my truck in for service (faulty engine)The issue was fixed, except the truck fell of the lift
I took my truck in for service because of a faulty engine There was white smoke coming out of the exhaust, thus the cylinder cover had to be replaced A few weeks after the truck was repaired However, as they were lowering the truck, the truck fell off the lift that it was on and caused some damage to the front of the truck Their version of "making things right" was to have my truck traded in, and I'd get me into a new truck and I would have been in debt $25,or more What they need to do is to compensate me for the depreciation of the truck plus emotional distress, the time I have been without my own truck and time I had to take off work to see the damage to my truckI have yet to receive a telephone call, email or anything from the General Manager apologizing for the incident
