When I purchased my vehicle I was told I would get a hitch and backup camera installed but have yet to hear back from the GM as promised
I purchased my vehicle late October of and when I was trading in my truck I was told that they would give me a hitch which my old truck had and they would also install a backup camera because for some reason my truck was only one of that model that did not have itI use the hitch alot and if I would have known I was not going to get it with this truck I would have taken it off of my old one***, the tower manager told me that they would need to cut me a check for $as the backup camera was not compatible with my vehicle which did not make senseThe sales representative that I spoke with was *** *** but he quit the following weekThe tower manager that I also dealt with was *** but he also moved to another dealership and never responded to my questionsWhen I would get a hold of him he would tell me that he would check into it

In October I purchased a vehicle at the above noted establishment I also purchased "GAP" coverage insurance for this vehicle The vehicle was paid-off in April and I was informed by my bank that I was possibly entitled to a refund of fees for this insurance So I went to Viva Ford, was provided the necessary paperwork to submit and did so with letter from the bank showing loan paid in full The form indicated "8-weeks for processing." On June 6/I sent an email inquiring if refund request had been received, received an email on 6/stating "they were waiting for insurance company to process request On July 7/I sent another email for an update, received no response On August I was able to get in touch with the insurance company and was informed that my refund for $was sent to Viva on August 10, and could take up to days for them to process it So I waited...and on August 25, I sent an email to them letting them know I knew my check had been sen
