I’ve ordered a filtered mask months ago, I even purchased insurance on it as well so I could have a tracking number and track delivery progress. It was quite a long time till it started the delivery which I do understand delays. However when it finally said package arrived it was ONLY the filters, not the mask (which wAs $35 for the mask). I messaged customer service and they said they would look into it. That started about 2 months of back and forth being given excuses to extend my waiting “just a week more”. I have now said I’d just like a refund. And again I’m being pushed off to wait and not addressing the fact I just want a refund. The only time they even remotely acknowledged the refund request is by offering me a 15% discount on next order which I refused stating I’d never order something from them again and give them more money when I never received my first order in the first place

The actual score I want to leave is zero stars. I ordered a mask and spare filters and my money basically disappeared into a black hole. No communication or shipping updates over the past two and a half months, and no contact information at which to reach them. If you look up their Facebook page, you'll also see reviewers pointing out that the business address they're listing is actually the residence of an unsuspecting retired couple in West Virginia. Stay away.

The company was non-responsive despite multiple requests for them to contact me, and despite their website indicated they respond to requests within 1 day. I paid extra for shipping and the *** has indicated while the label was created the item was never shipped. It has been three months since my purchase and I still have not received the items and they still have not shipped. The company is refusing to refund my purchase or take any steps at all to correct the issue. Their own site indicated that orders are processed within two weeks and can take up to two weeks to ship. If that is true in should have received my items in May.

I made an online purchase with promise of delivery in 7-10 days. I never received anything but understood that due to Covid, many shipping delays were happening. After 5 weeks, I still had not received my item nor a notification from the company, so I emailed them. They responded that I simply had to wait longer and that my item was in transit; however, I had been tracking the package already and the shipping facility still had not received the package, so this response was a flat out lie. Since then, I have emailed them several times, with my final email asking for a full refund since it had been two months since my order was placed and still the shipping facility has not received my package. They refuse to issue a refund and have still not even given a new estimated delivery date.

I ordered masks for my husband for work on May 1 and still have not received. The tracking # provided shows: May 12, 2020, 2:00 am

I still have not received my order and customer service is basically non existent. I have emailed several times and they just keep responding that they cannot issue a refund because my package is on the way.

I ordered 2 masks and 10 filters on 4/17/2020 and the status email said "Do not respond to this email it only confuses the computer" which I had not seen before. It also states you will not be charged until items are shipped , which also was false my card was charged instantly. I tried to contact them with multiple emails and with no response after a month I disputed the charges. As of 6/17/2020 I received an email from a *** stating they understood blah blah blah, the same letter others have received and that my order was shipped already. Still no tracking number or return phone call and they are blaming the delivery company, per vat um in the excuse email. Will not do business with this company again.

I purchased mask and filters in early april. According to both the tracking info, and the post office, they've never been sent. The company insists the problem is with the post office, and refuses to refund my money.

After placing an order on 4/27/20, on May 7th there was a notice that a shipping label was created with *** however the shipment was never sent nor was the *** shipping label ever updated with the *** receiving the product from the Merchant. On June 2nd
2020, | proceeded to contact the Merchant for an explanation of the order status. From 6/2/20 thru
6/17/20 | proceeded to email the merchant and suggest either that ***r acting on behalf of *** as well as *** as well as *** either refund my order of
send out a new order. The merchant replied with the same text response with no perceivable intention of
making things right. Email response from merchant "Hi, Thank you for your shopping with us We
understand when you make a purchase you expect to receive your product in a timely manner. We are
very sorry to let you down, but this is an unexpected issue in the Covid-19 time. We already sent your
order, The delay is come from the delivery company We are trying to solve the problem with them We
will let you Know when we have any information Thank you."

Like everyone else this company has not responded very much at all. I ordered a single mask and extra filters from them. I received the filters, but not the mask. I sent them an e-mail and after 2 weeks they responded with it is our fault, our shipper over looked the order and did not send the mask. Bruce stated he would get that sent out and it will probably be a while due to Covid 19. Well its been another month since that e-mail with sporadic responses from Bruce and still no mask or any updates on the order other than we are look into it. I purchased through PayPal, but they waited to till last day of the time frame to request a refund so I missed the window to get the refund. Just very frustrated and venting here I hope someone will see this and not order from these people.

Placed an order that equaled to 3 items. Only got one. Been trying to reach someone in regards to missing items. They refuse to respond with a return address and constantly asking the same thing over. They do not have a delayed shipping notice. They do not ship in the time frame stated. Customer service seems to be one person and its always at night. Have their address as *** on their site but shipped from . Your site states WV. I'm missing $80 worth of product.

I ordered a PPE mask on april 4th. It didnt ship out till may7th which says it is still enroute to post office I have sent several emails and calls with little to no response.

1 star only because 0 is not an option. Ordered 4 shirts, after 2 months, only 1 arrived. Nigel's response was "We are really sorry for this, In this case, we have two ways to solve the problem for you:
- 15% discount for the next order
- Send us the package and receive the refund
With the second choice, you have to pay for the delivery fee, send us the tracking number and receive the refund after we receive the package."
I pay to fix their problem? Why would I order again at any discount? Total joke.

Ordered a mask mid April still have not received refuse to give me a refund and now for some reason the debit card I used has fraud. Someone in Africa used my card number twice and the only shady place my card has been used is here.

I ordered 2 masks back in April, they took my money and seem to have disappeared. They refuse to respond to my emails, so the chances of getting my money back is probably nil.

I ordered 2 masks with 3 replacement filters from this company because I am extremely high risk for covid 19 due to having asthma & several autoimmune disorders. I ordered the masks on April 27th and it’s now June 1st & I still haven’t received it. I sent several emails they said they’d be shipping it 2 weeks ago despite getting an email May 7th that it has been shipped. They only responded to my first email saying they would ship it. *** says it’s been in NY since May7th and they need the company to release it to be sent to me in Ohio. I’ve requested a refund twice now & cant get them to respond or refund my money. This company took advantage of high risk people in need of quality masks and feel I am at the very least owed my money back. I now have to go find a new mask with no money to do so after waiting over a month for this order. I can’t find a phone number or director for the company to get any lawyer to assist me in filing a complaint

WE ordered masks for doctor office many of us ordered on April 21 still no masks asked about refund says no refunds masks were shipped. Its May28th and tracking number says May 7th in *** center May 7th so where is it asked to send new masks because we did not receive no refunds so out 62.00 no phone number website says is in Texas but company is register in OHIO scam is what I am thinking

I have ordered 4 maskes from the company on 4/23/20 and I been told that it has been shipped on 5/7/20 and I haven't received any products and when I email the company they inform me that it has been shipped and they aren't going to refund me any money or mail out new products

On April 10th I purchased Face Shields and disposable filters in the amount of $93.93. The money was taken out of my bank account right away but I have not received the product. I have reached out to this company multiple times via email with no response. I do not feel that they should have taken my money unless the product was in stock and able to be shipped in a reasonable time frame.

Ordered products from them over a month ago, have sent multiple emails asking for a refund, they will not give a refund, they lied and said the item is shipped but it is still in processing. It was a $90 purchase and I still haven’t seen it.

I made a purchase april 27th 2020 did not receive any updates until I emailed them on may 5th, they said order has shipped, and given me a tracking number, I checked tracking and no new updates since may 7th, I emailed them on may 15th, and they said they were shipping and I should probably expect it that week...... today's date is may 25th, no package no new updates on tracking history.... PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY
