Ordered masks about 2 months ago, item still has not been delivered. Asked for a tracking number, the business admits it has not been shipped. They would not provide me with a refund ($97) even though I never received the product.
Communication with them is sorely lacking. It takes 5 emails to them to receive one response, and then the response is one short sentence (at times, nonsensical).
If I could give zero stars I would. Stat away from this company. They appear to be taking advantage of people at a time of pandemic!

purchased $299.79 worth of product from this company on 4/15/20 and was charged. Received a shipment notice on 4/27/20 but showed the package had not left the fufillment center. have sent seven separate requests to customer service and only received one reply back that seemed to be automated saying it is being shipped.

Same issue here. Ordered didn't receive shipping info until weeks later. The shipping info shows the item hasn't been received by USPS still after two more weeks. So they created a fraudulent shipping label and gave me a tracking number that shows no updates. Repeated request into them resulted in them telling me it will ship next week (this was last week) and no update since. I've filed a claim against the credit card and with Paypal, and now here. This fraud needs to stop!

Ordered a mask and never received it... Several emails sent and no one responds, refund requested and no one responds.... Huge Scam

I ordered a mask and N95 filters from ***.
I did some research and under that name, the only complaint was long lead time in shipping.
I did not see the connection to *** until I got my Purchase confirmation.
I have received 2 "How do you like our product" surveys, since then.
The first I responded to *** with a "no survey until my product arrives", please update me.(7 May)
I still have not received my product and the USPS (who was the shipping method), has no record past being contacted for pick up. I send a second email today, demanding a response or my product. Please add A to your "Not Accredited" list.

I placed an order for a face mask from them on April 28th and it has not been shipped yet. I have sent 15 emails with no response they have no other contact information I just want my money back

I ordered a product quite sometime ago from ***s also known as Vivelacebeauty and have yet to receive any product . After contacting the company for a refund I have been told yet again it's shipping and no refund can be given. I have been told this every week and yet the order still hasn't even been processed. They will not cancel an order and will not give refunds even though their websites states a 30 day policy.

Ordered a mask from them and never received it. They do not respond to their email.

Ordered masks and supplies on April 13, 2020. Multiple contacts to company regarding estimated delivery date with one response that it would be shipped last week. It hasn’t and the company has not responded. Several friends and family ordered as well and gave the same difficulties with getting any response. I believe may be a scam. I’ll be contacting a friend in the WV attorney general’s office.

Ordered from this business. I paid for item but never received it and they will not answer my emails.
It was a scam under the name of allientimaskes!!

ordered a face mask alomost 2 months ago, never got it. no response from them.

Ordered on April 16. Was told on April 22 that the mask would ship the following week. Since then, zero response. Extremely poor customer service. I will be contacting my bank and PayPal to dispute the charges.

I ordered a facemask and filters from this company on April 14th, 2020. They immediately took 53.94 out of my bank account using my *** card. They sent a confirmation email for my order *** stating I would receive an email with a tracking number within 3-5 days when the item shipped. No email. Item never received. I contacted them 4 times in an effort to resolve via email, and contact form on their website. I could not locate a phone number. Still no item, no email, no tracking number. This item is important as I am 58, have had pneumonia X3 and have hypertension, and have no one to get my groceries for me. I must brave the store every 14 days to get my provisions. I need the protection as I am high risk.

I ordered this product on April 8th, 2020 and have not received the product to date. When I inquired about cancelling my order I got this response -

"Hi ,

Sorry we cannot cancel your order

You can only cancel your order for any reason within 2 hours since the time your order is placed

Thank you ."

That was their quote exactly. I feel this company is a scam at best.

No phones answered. No updates on order.

On April 15th 2020, I placed an order, paid extra for upgraded shipping and tracking, my card was charged that evening, according to the website orders are packaged and shipped within 5-7 business days and I would receive tracking information when my order has shipped, the only email I have received was for my receipt of purchase which was sent on April 15th, today is April 24th, I have emailed the company twice now, and have gotten no response from them whatsoever.

SCAM! Never reciever air masks. After emailing/calling 5 times I did not get any response, nor was the phone asnswered. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I disputed the charge with my credit card.

I ordered a shirt from this business in December or January. I haven't yet received my shirt but the charge has been taken from my account. I have tried emailing them many times but to no avail. I don't know where else to turn.
