Berry Couses very pushy sale reps The are relentless when you tell them no We decided to drop our yellow page add because we feel that not many people actually pick up and use their paper version of the yellow pages Every year our rates go up, the try and add more stuff to make you think that well yes your rate is going up but we will give you this for 'free' Just say no! but you say no and they keep calling and calling, then when they feel they can not get you to renew they have a supervisor call to explain why you need them....so many phone calls and I have no time for it, Ask them to stop and they continue I then went on line and made my payment for what was owed that month and even with my confirmation, they did not take it out of our bank account..and then say its my fault I have a confirmation number I did not change accounts and Berry has taken it from our account for the past years with no issues, just after we refused to renew I think so they can continue with the harassing phone calls So frustrated with them

I used Berry for online advertisement for months They provided the service that I expected, but it did not have results to warrant continuing the service At the end of my 6-month contract, I canceled the service by sending a written letter and email to the company I received a letter of cancellation back from them However, they continued to bill me for months after my cancellation I contacted them every month to let them know that this was going on, and I still continued to send me bills every month They proceeded to call a collection agency on my company to collect unpaid bills that should have never been sent This process has cost me time, money, and now financial reputation So I am donating time to let others know about my experience
