[redacted] I spoke with Justin this morning it would seem that he has already sent your replacement adapter and you were aware of that yesterday he sent both the the invoice for the new adapter and he stayed late to make sure you would get a USPS tracking numberI wanted to make a few corrections to your reportYou had said that we are open Monday - Saturday however we are Open Monday - Friday 10AM - 6PM we sometimes have a technition working over time on Saturdays however we do not do that during holiday weekends.Tracking number was provided for your new power adapter and you should be receiving that today.Carrier: USPS, Tracking #: [redacted] So all in all just to be clear, you were refunded all of what you had paid (350.00) and your power adapterwas replaced and sent overnight to youI am sorry that you felt the need to file a complaint with the Revdex.comI am however happy that this situation should now be resolved Just to clarify: Money has been refunded, power adapter has been replaced and is out for delivery today

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Money has not been refunded yet, as it takes hours, and hasn't posted yetAs for my a/c adapter, I don't want a replacement a/c adapter, I want an OEM original MSi a/c adapter that came with my computer when I purchased it. Saw the email from him last night on the a/c adapterAlso, the way I received my property (computer), was not packaged properly to protect from damageBy the way, I took video of it when I opened itOwner is dishonest, untruthful and deceitful in his practicesDo you honestly think I would have sent a dollar computer to Vancouver, WAfrom Poulsbo, WA., about miles, paid dollars for shipping box and shipping, if I thought he was dishonest, when I could have had the work done here? Also, on their website they are open on Satfrom 10am-6pm and since he's the person who said my computer would be here SatI sent him the emails. But he lied, when he said he had a UPS tracking number for my property and would email it to me, and that my property would be here with a confirmation on Saturday the 2nd of JulyJust like he said he couldn't attach my work invoice for the cost of my computer to an email.Sincerely,*** ***
