In his complaint, Mr. *** states that he cancelled his Agreement and that Vivint charged him for an extra month after the cancellation should have been processed. He explains that he has not received a refund of this payment. Mr. *** desires a refund of this overpayment, in the amount of $75.00. Vivint’s records indicate that a refund in the amount of $76.58 was sent back to the bank account on file on August 11, 2017. Vivint apologizes for any undue delay in this process.
