[redacted] The company did offer the top part of the glassThe company also wanted to charge me $for shipping and it would cost me to have the glass replacedThe glass was defective leaking out the gas that was put inside of the glass window when made from the factoryI had another issue with a window many years ago and they sent out the entire window and shipped it free to my homeThese windows were very pricey and are suppose to have a lifetime warrantyI was told the company filed bankruptcy and then just left out one word in the company when they continued to make windows

Our Service deptreached out to Ms [redacted] on Friday and she confirmed that the technician visited her home He explained how and why condensation can occur and what can be done to alleviate it We are going to send some additional parts to her that may help alleviate the issue

We have made contact with the customer and informed him that the products are no longer covered by warranty In March 2011, ViWinTech Window & Door, Incpurchased the assets of AKSM Holdings but not the liabilities We did offer to split the cost with the customer but it was declined

*** *** The response from vinwin is just a review of the complaintI stated the same things in my complaintWhat they are not addressing is there bad product, before and after there transitionIt is not wise to buy more bad windowsThis is why they did not include the warranty liabilities from there transition agreementThe windows are simply a bad product.
