[redacted] The response from vinwin is just a review of the complaint. I stated the same things in my complaint. What they are not addressing is there bad product, before and after there transition. It is not wise to buy more bad windows. This is why they did not include the warranty liabilities from there transition agreement. The windows are simply a bad product.

Our Service dept. reached out to Ms. [redacted] on Friday and she confirmed that the technician visited her home.  He explained how and why condensation can occur and what can be done to alleviate it.  We are going to send some additional parts to her that may help alleviate the issue.

We have made contact with the customer and informed him that the products are no longer covered by warranty.  In March 2011, ViWinTech Window & Door, Inc. purchased the assets of AKSM Holdings but not the liabilities.  We did offer to split the cost with the customer but it was...

We have responded to Mr. [redacted] and offered to replace the glass at no charge.  He would be responsible for any shipping charges.  Mr. [redacted] declined our offer.
