on their ordinance when it comes to delinquent accounts.  Therefore, when that happens the service is suspended for pickup until the balance is paid.  The payment was made on this account on January 29th and the service was restarted.  When an account is suspended and resumed service work orders are put in for the driver's to resume pickup at the address.  I do not have any notes from the driver as to how many bags were out for pickup at this address.  The service level is 10 bag for each resident per week.  A bill is generated and sent to the customer on a quarterly basis with a due date on it.  Other than payment issues I have not seen any complaints on service for this address.  We strive to have excellent customer service and hope that this issue has been resolved.In the future if there is a service issue, please call our customer service department and we will be happy to assist you.If you need any further information, please let me know.Thank you Sherri Ann D[redacted]Vogel Disposal Service, Inc.Assistant Office Manager###-###-####

receive their cart. We deliver the cart once we receive the signed service agreement back.  We did receive their's back on March 23, 2015 and a delivery work order was entered on their account.  The cart was delivered on April 14th to the customer. Since the customer stated they had not placed trash out due to not having a cart we did issue them a courtesy credit of $21.75.  Now that the cart was delivered we have not heard of any additional issues regarding their pickup. We strive to provide prompt and reliable service to our customers.  If there are any service issues, please have them call the office right away to get the situation resolved. Thank you  Sherri Ann D[redacted]Vogel Disposal Service, IncAssistant Office Manager###-###-####[redacted]

Dear [redacted]This is in response to the case # above.The customer ([redacted] was the name) had called in for a price on a move out pile, which we sent a supervisor to see what was placed out for pick up as well as the cost. He gave a cost of $35 for the items that were at the curb for...

pickup. This type of pickup requires a special truck. At that time the customer is called with the price and  a workorder is created. The driver would have picked these items up and returned the work order stating they were picked up.  Again this request was made by the customer for the items to be picked up.Once the bill for the pickup was received the customer made several calls disputing that the items were not picked up. I have reviewed the complaint filed by [redacted].  We did speak to the driver and he did state that lawn mower parts were in the trash can.  It is possible that someone may have put them in there can afterwards which is no uncommon for anyone to do anywhere.  We have not had any...

Upon reviewing this complaint, I have put a work order in for the customer to receive another Vogel Disposal Service 95 gallon cart for his service.  Sometimes in an area where there are homes close together carts do get mixed up and someone ends up with the incorrect cart that was originally...

Review: Our service agreement with this company is for up to 3 bags of trash removal on a weekly basis. For the last 6 weeks I have had to call because they are not picking up all of our trash. We have followed their rules and kept the number of bags to 2 or 3 with 3 being the max amount we can put out. The bags are placed next to our mailbox and are put together within 5 feet of the road. The collector will pick up 1 bag out of the 2 or 3 we place out for collection. When I call in to report that our trash is not being picked up, the customer service department treats me as if I am a bad person for calling in to report that my trash is not being picked up. This has been going on for 6 weeks and is absolutely unacceptable. We even signed a new service agreement to get a toter provided by the provider and they still will not pick up our trash properly. We've gone to great lengths to be courteous to our driver and make sure the bags are no more than 25-30 lbs to eliminate any risk of the driver injuring himself picking up bags.Desired Settlement: We wish to have our bill reduced by half due to incomplete service, horrible customer service on the phone, and wasted time and energy in having to call to have our trash picked up.

Review: I signed up at the beginning of June for service from said company. I was told that I would receive a garbage container within a week. They told me to go ahead and set out my garbage and it would be taken. It is now 7-28-14 and they have never taken my garbage nor have I received a container, but they have sent me bills. I called today and they told me that it was because I never signed the agreement. A paper that I never received. They also told me that I still owe the money. I told them I don't believe I should pay for a service I never received. They threatened to turn me into collections. I believe this is unfair treatment and I will not pay for something that I never received. If I never signed said contract I'm not sure how they can go after me.Desired Settlement: I do not want to owe for a service that I did not receive and I do not want this turned into collections if I do not pay it.

Review: Vogel disposal Service, Inc. is perpetually lax in completing the agreed upon service of trash and recycling removal. Every few weeks our trash and/or recycling isn't picked up. This results in multiple phone calls and excuses. we have to often keep the trash or recycling for another week, causing unsightly build up and dangerous conditions to the neighborhood, wildlife and street. Yet, we continue to not only pay for our services but agreed to pay extra for a larger recycle bin. I would like this problem to be resolved. Vogel has never offered reimbursement for services not provided or any other remedies, yet their price keeps increasing.

Unfortunately, trash service providers in this area is limited, therefore, we have not had the opportunity to switch providers.

I do not recommend this company for residential pick up.Desired Settlement: Reliable service and billing adjustments equal to the amount of phone calls and missed pick ups.

Review: Vogel disposal on numerous times has not picked up garbage as I have paid for the device. There have been times they have left garbage stating I have exceeded 10 bag limit which was not the case or bags have exceeded 40 lb limit which I have checked with a bathroom scale " I understand this is not a inspected scale but nor do they have one . There is trash scattered along the street and trucks leaking fluids along highway. There was also an incident in which they threw my entire can in the truck crushed it and drove away only to respond that it was to heavy to get back out not to offer to replace it or credit my bill with the new purchase priceDesired Settlement: Desired outcome would be to receive service that is paid for without every excuse in the book when you call there customer service along with more sanitary conditions with there leaking vehicles

Review: I was charged for bulk items(two mattresses and a small dresser) put out on 7/31 for $35 which usually don't apply to us. I know in some township you have to pay for bulk items but not in our township. Customer service is not helpful to resolve my problem and just want my money.Desired Settlement: Remove the charge.

Review: We first called Vogel to complaint about how their employees were throwing trash cans around and our trash can cracked, bounced off the asphalt and hit our Suburban that was parked in our driveway. Supervisor [redacted] asked if there was any damage to our vehicle and that he would replace our trash can. We told them there was no damage to our vehicle, thanked him for his offer and wished that their employees could be more responsible for their action. [redacted] explained that employees are not allowed to throw trash cans and he will talk to his staffs. The following week when Vogel came on Friday 7am, we caught them on video as they were throwing trash cans again. So we called [redacted] & he asked us to email the video to him. We were unable to load it through email due to the size so we uploaded it to you tube. When [redacted] learned that we uploaded it on you tube he tried to contact us immediately. [redacted] told us that he will take a more serious approach towards his employees. Today 2/14/14 Friday, Vogel comes as scheduled to pick up our trash. As they stopped on our street, these employees were already looking for our camcorder. They knew we are recording, they knew where the camera is coming from. One of the employee mocked me by pretending that he was going to throw the trash can but he sat the trash can down angrily & they took off. 15mins later the same Vogel truck drove past our house again after they were already done with our street. The driver used the air honk to honk as they were passing by our resident, retaliating against us by making a statement. We called [redacted] to tell him what just happened but this time [redacted] clearly told us that he will not do anything about it and told us to stop calling. Their returning and honking is an act of harassment by targeting/terrorizing us and we take that as a threat because they know where we live and our vehicle is parked on the street. This is unprofessional and unethical, No paying customers should be treated this way.Desired Settlement: As the staff from Vogel are being uncooperative by refusing to tell us who is the Chief Executive Officer is and they keep hanging up on us every time we call. We would like the owner/President/CEO of Vogel to be aware of this ongoing problem and to respond to our complaint. This problem has now become a safety issue to our property as their employees had threatened us. We do not feel comfortable having their employees coming to our resident anymore.

Review: In September of this year, my Vogel Disposal issued trash can went missing from my outside of my residence. I have sent two emails and called Vogel to get a replacement, or have my trash can found. I explained to them that I live in a series of townhouses and someone else could be illegally using my trash can; I did this to explain to them that not only am I not getting my full service, but someone else is probably ripping them off. They explained to me that they would scan the trash can the next pick up day and get my trash can returned to me. Since then I have heard nothing, and my emails have also not been responded to.

They also informed me that if someone else is using their services illegally, that I need to contact the police and that they don't care or handle those issues. Seriously? So what I've gathered from them is that I could cancel my service and keep putting my garbage out and they would never know, or care. They pick up everything outside anyway and don't seem to care about who pays and doesn't pay.

I want my trash can, that I pay for, returned to me.Desired Settlement: 1. I want my trash can found and returned to me and the person who is using it without paying for service to be dealt with.

2. If the can can't be found, I want a new one provided ASAP. I pay for this service!

Review: The garbage for our block is scheduled to be picked up on Thursdays. Last Thursday July 25th, Vogel disposal did not pick up the garbage on the block. Myself and other neighbors called to complain and they promised to pick up the garbage that night. The garbage wasn't picked up until Saturday July 27th and they had no explanation as to why it wasn't picked up in the first place. Today Thursday August 1st my garbage and my neighbors garbage was not picked up again. My neighbor contacted Vogel and they said they would pick up our garbage this afternoon. When I arrived home at 4:30pm the garbage was still not picked up. I called and was told that they were not going to pick up our garbage. The dispatcher called us liars and told us we didn't have our cans out at 5am when they came to pick it up. All of us had our garbage out the night before around 6pm because we wanted to make sure it got picked up. The only people who didn't get their garbage picked up were those who called to complain. They are now refusing to pick up our garbage and they won't let me speak to a member of management. Review: We owned a apartment building at [redacted]. The name was [redacted]. We sold it on October 15, 2013. I notified Vogel (trash removal company) on October 14th and talked specifically to [redacted] and told her to stop/cancel our service effective Oct. 15th that we no longer will own the building we had sold it. I told her the new owners will probably want your service, and I would tell them to call you, but on the 15th I would have nothing to do with it as we would not own the property. Time went on, and we never received the half a month refund for the remainder of Oct. After several calls to different persons, they([redacted] and [redacted].) finally told me on Feb. 11, 2014 that they were submitting a refund claim in the amount of $50.96 that reflected half a month. They told me, I should get it in 6-8 weeks. Around April 3, 2014, I called to check on the refund status, after several calls about where is my REFUND, [redacted] left a message on my phone that Mrs. [redacted] is not going to refund the half of month charge that I would have to call the new owners and get it from them. Why, in heavens name would I call and get money from the new owners--I don't even know them! I wasn't providing them with a service! I called [redacted] back and she stated the same thing as Mrs. [redacted]. I feel, I have been lied to, strung along, and deceived. We had always been a good customer for many years paying our bill on time and never missing, so to treat someone like this over $50.96, I do no understand!Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $50.96.

Review: Vogel Disposal missed pickup of my refuse on 7/30. Spoke with Vogel on 7/30, 7/31 and 8/1 and Vogel stated my refuse would be picked up. This has not occurred and will call again on 8/2.Desired Settlement: Just want my refuse picked up as scheduled.

Review: I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Vogel Disposal company. I live on [redacted], which is a smaller access road off [redacted] in Butler Township, PA. have always placed my trash at the end of [redacted]. Since we have unlimited trash, and a family of six generates a good deal of trash on a weekly basis, there are times that the trash cans, bags, and other items are lined up more than 5 feet from [redacted]. Trash is always lined up within 5 feet to start. If we did not line up the trash that way, it would block [redacted] so we could not get back there. and our neighbors living on [redacted] that park on [redacted] could not get past. Neither could an emergency vehicle if we, or our neighbors, had need of one.

Today's trash pickup was no different. I made the mistake of taking out a large item without calling in advance. Which I understand the trash collector not taking that item. However, Vogel did not pick up the other trash that was left out and has vehemently refused to come back until next week to take that trash, stating it was more than 5 feet from [redacted].

1. I do not live on [redacted]. By all accounts, that trash truck should come back [redacted] to pick up my trash.

2. I pay a premium for unlimited trash and expect my trash to be taken.

3. The trash was in the same place I always leave it in order to keep [redacted] clear.

4. Unlike most other utilities, I have no choice or control over the trash collection agency in Butler Township. Citizens are at the mercy of poor and unacceptable service, are forced to pay for that service, and have no say in the matter since we are required to use the service contracted by the Township.Desired Settlement: I want my trash picked up before next Wednesday, July 15.

Review: We moved into the area and signed up for garbage removal from them. They sent us a service agreement to sign and return along with a bill fora start up fee. We returned the signed agreement along with a check for the start up fee. They cashed the check and said they never received the agreement which was in the same envelope. Because they said they didn't have the agreement they could not bring us our rented garbage can/recycle bin. This started at the end of February. I was told to leave the trash bags at the curb and it would be picked up. The driver picked up all the neighbors but left ours. I called and told them nobody picked up my trash. Again they said somebody would be out to get it and bring my garbage cans. We moved into the area feb 20... Today is March 31.. Nobody has brought my cans or picked up my trash. NOT ONE TIME!!!! I have called this place 3-4 times a week and I get the same response" the driver collected your garbage. No he's never collected it. It's sit on the curb. This place has no idea how to run a business I just found a ton of bad reviews on them. Something needs done! They sent me a bill for 66.00 and expect me to pay it!
