My first experience with Steve and RDP Motorsports was about four years agoHis knowledge of [redacted] / [redacted] performance is second to noneThe car that he had repeatedly modified, tuned and serviced was incredibleThe car had been modified by another company and a total hack jobSeveral changes were made including custom made pieces and the performance was out of this worldWhile some of the previous issues still caused problems, Steve and his team continuously improved the car and at a fraction of what other companies wanted, made changes and suggestions to make the car safe, reliable and incredibly fast (around 1500rwhp!) His knowledge and assistance on tunes/adjustments by phone made the transaction even better!

Purchased two items through their online store, was given a discount code to useUpon purchase and receipt of both items was notified that the purchases will not granted and was issued a refundI didn't want the refund I wanted the items I purchasedThey give out discount codes and will not honor the codes that THEY give out!

Great Guys to Deal with Pricing was the Best I could find and shipping was super fast, got a great tune from Steve and he even did a youtube video to explain the process instead of having to read instructions , car performs amazing now and runs the way the factory should have sold them, I highly recommend Steve and all his staff for anything that you need to have done, he got everything done for me in quick time whilst I was on deployment

This company or whatever they are took out of my checking account without my permission I am still trying to figure out how and where they got my account information from

Would not honor pricing for a tonneau cover that was listed on the websiteI purchased an Undercover Flex tonneau cover for my Ffrom this company's website that was cancelled The way the website is setup is you click on your model vehicle then select the type of product you need, in this case a tonneau coverThen you select the brand product and then the specific item of that brand
I was informed that the product I selected had the wrong part number and they would not honor the price After checking with the manufacture website, this part number was identical to the manufactures number but two letters were not shownAdditionally, *** *** indicated that the product I had actually ordered was an Access branded coverDuring each check out screen it had indicated an Undercover Flex was being purchased

Review: This company debited my checking account without my permission for a transaction I did not authorize. Upon calling them to investigate, they gave me a bogus story about my knowledge of astronauts and that the individual who debited my account was calling people in outer space. They said they were an international calling company. The guy I spoke with was named Andy, and he sounded very suspicious. They did not verify before accepting funds that I was the individual making the transaction. They sent me a receipt for a payment that was unknown to me. I suspect that individuals in this company are conducting fraudulent business practices and are taking money out of accounts that they are hacking into or are gaining entry into. Andy was mysteriously able to reverse the charge, but I have not seen it credited back to my account. Again, he asked if I knew any astronauts or had communicated with anyone in outer space. This company needs to be investigated for fraudulent business practices, and I believe there is someone within this company that is hacking into checking accounts or gaining access to checking accounts and debiting those accounts to benefit the business financially.
