For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Revdex.com handles matters of businesses not adequately providing services, businesses that provide sub-standard customer service, and business’ privacy practicesThe exact reason of this complaintVPM Management is paid monthly to provide the service of a safe and habitable apartment to myselfVPM Management has not provided the service they are paid monthly to provide; my unit is no longer safe and habitable due to cancer causing second hand smoke exposure that VPM Management has been made aware of and refuses to fixIn addition to VPM Management not providing the service that they are being paid for monthly, the company allows the Regional Supervisor and the Property Administrator of the apartment complex that I rent from to harass meI have reported the racist, harassing, bullying, and slandering behavior of the Property Administrator *** ** to the regional supervisor *** ** and she has done nothing to correct the Property Administrator’s racist and slandering behavior while also neglecting to fix the cancerous second hand smoke that the unit VPM Management receives monthly service revenue for emitsI have lived at this apartment complex for eight years and I have not been assigned a second parking space while numerous tenants have been assigned additional parking spacesFurthermore, considering the Revdex.com handles matters of business’ privacy practices it should be known that VPM Management has posted many different documents with my personal information on my door for anyone to steal and cause severe damage due to identity theftI will close my complaint when I receive a letter from VPM Management acknowledging that their Property Administrator *** ** has lied on myself and all statements that she has made relating to “aggressive behavior” are false, I am assigned a second parking space as many other tenants have been, the cancer causing second hand smoke issue in the unit that I rent is resolved, VPM Management forwards additional letters stating their Property Administrator *** ** has lied on myself and all statements that she has made relating to “aggressive behavior” are to all parties that they have spread written libel to, VPM Management communicates with me through US Mail for all matters excluding work orders, and VPM Management never posts another notice or letter containing my personal information on the door of the unit I rent

I've received information regarding the guidelines for government employeesIn regards to the rent rule increase from the leasing officeSo I understand they could have forgotten and now realize itBut I would still like for my file to be recalculated because rent has gone up four percent acouple times and im entitled to only three precent maximum per yearAlso if I would have been month to month from the beginning I believe my rent would be a hundred dollars less than what I pay nowI just want my file to be given a look at understand ing the rent month to month vssigning a leaseI would have been able to save a few hundred either way. I asked the leasing office for information regarding this benefit andthey gave me a paper that states this information about the three percent max a year and so forth.Every penny counts. The Consumers applied to rent an apartment from our community in San Jose, CA. The property has rental criteria that applicants must meet, including credit history. A credit report was run and the Consumers’ reports reflect negative credit in excess of what the property’s rental criteria
requires. While the Consumers state in the Revdex.com complaint that they “did go back and take care of the responsibility on my credit report”, we have no proof that any of the collection accounts were paid off. When the Consumers were declined in August due to negative credit, they received an Adverse Action letter from the credit reporting agency explaining why they were denied. *** ***VPM Management, Inc

The resident's complaints are without merit? The Manager has responded and inspected her unit several times and found no evidence of mold? On 09-02-a work order was completed that included the following items in response to the resident's complaints: ? Unclogged bathroom sink,
replaced garbage disposal, replaced shower headThe Pest Control vendor has been to her unit several times and has found no evidence of rodents or insects? The resident also contacted the City of Oakland Building Inspector? Specialty/Combination Inspector Wing Loo inspected work orders and photos of the unit and on 9-02-closed the complaint.There will be no compensation offered.?
