I cannot respond without the resident's prior address.

We need more information:  Name of property and/or address she lived at.

All of the allegations set forth in the Complaint, as well as any alleged liability, are disputed and denied by VPM Management, Inc.  Additionally, this is a landlord-tenant matter, which appears to be outside of the scope of Revdex.com review.

We have investigated the matter and discovered an error had been made.  We are refunding [redacted]'s full deposit of $800.  She will no longer received statements to pay rent on her previous unit.

The resident's complaints are without merit.  The Manager has responded and inspected her unit several times and found no evidence of mold.  On 09-02-16 a work order was completed that included the following items in response to the resident's complaints:  Unclogged bathroom sink,...

replaced garbage disposal, replaced shower head. The Pest Control vendor has been to her unit several times and has found no evidence of rodents or insects.  The resident also contacted the City of Oakland Building Inspector.  Specialty/Combination Inspector Wing Loo inspected work orders and photos of the unit and on 9-02-16 closed the complaint.There will be no compensation offered.
