Vtech also blocked my email account, so I could not access my account until I had my service provider reset it for me. I have also filed a internet cyber complaint with the FBI. I am afraid to use my hacked computer as I still feel Vtech has access, and will cause further damage. I will have to pay a legitimate computer technician to remove all of Vtechs programs, files, etc before I can use that computer again.
