Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted]
[redacted] call me and left a very intimidating message on my home phone, which I do not appreciate it.  If I had not contacted the Revdex.com I would not have heard from him.  Only [redacted] read my e-mail and responded to it.  I am well aware of advertising on google  which I currently do for another  venture that I am involved in and have advertise since 2009.  I don't know about other resellers, but I stand by my facts that as of today I have not earned one penny and no one has signed up as a result of their advertising which they said they would. Considering the situation I would just like to move on.

Dear Valued Customer,
At AF Mobile we value our relationship with every customer. Although it is rare
for us to terminate relationships with any customer, it is at times necessary
to do so if that relationship is harmful to the overall customer experience and
network that AF Mobile provides to all of its customers.
Termination of service of any customer who has been deemed to have abnormally
excessive usage on their line is not done so lightly or haphazardly. When
analyzing incidents involving excessive usage by a customer, there is an
internal review process and procedure that includes intervention by management,
notification to the customer, and, where appropriate, reasonable accommodation
of the customer. Such accommodation can include, for example, assigning them to
a different plan or carrier network. In the event that the customer has been
working with an independent AF Mobile dealer, AF Mobile will also notify the
dealer so that the dealer may do their own due diligence in either keeping the
customer on the AF Mobile network or moving the customer to another service at the
customers own discretion.
We strive to offer quality service to all of our customers
and partners, and, to ensure this quality of service, we need to adhere to the
Terms and Conditions agreed to by every customer at time of activation.
Below, please see the relevant portion of the Terms and Conditions
as publicly displayed at www.myafmobile.com and referenced during the activation
process.
AF Mobile Terms and Conditions:
“Armed Forces Mobile provides Service at its sole
discretion. Armed Forces Mobile may at any time, and without prior notice to
you, modify, cancel and/or deactivate your Service and/or take other corrective
action for any reason in Armed Forces Mobile’s sole discretion including, but
not limited to, your violation of any one or more of these Terms and Conditions
of Service.
Unlimited Plan Abuse
Armed Forces Mobile Unlimited Plan services are provided solely for live
dialogue between two individuals for personal use. You understand that other
uses have the potential to disrupt, degrade or diminish the delivery of
reliable service to other Armed Forces Mobile customers and/or have an impact
on network resources, and, as such, are considered abuse of the service and
will not be allowed. Such uses include, but are not limited to, machine-to-machine,
telemarketing, auto-dialing, transmission of broadcasts or recorded material,
and any and all other commercial uses. We may determine at our sole discretion
that abuse is taking place if, for instance, you are placing an unusually high
number of calls of unusually long duration. We reserve the right, at our sole
discretion, to suspend or terminate your service.
You understand that “unlimited” does not mean excessive
usage. Unlimited services are provided solely for live communication between
two individuals. Unlimited services may not be used for monitoring services,
data transmissions, transmission of broadcasts, transmission of recorded
material, or other connections that do not consist of uninterrupted live
communication between two individuals. If Armed Forces Mobile finds that you
are using an unlimited service offering for anything other than live
communication between two individuals, Armed Forces Mobile may terminate your
service or change your plan to one with no unlimited usage components. Armed
Forces Mobile may or may not provide notice to you that it intends to take any
of the above actions, and, in such an eventuality, you may terminate your
Service.
Monthly Plans provide nationwide calling, text messaging, and a fixed amount of
high speed data at 4G speeds for each monthly cycle depending on the Service
Plan selected.
4G/4G LTE networks are not available on all devices and in all locations. 4G/4G
LTE networks require a capable device and SIM card. Actual availability,
coverage, and speed may vary.
Data transmitted over Wi-Fi does not count against your data usage. To preserve
your access to Data Services, you can sign into Wi-Fi whenever possible
including at home, in the office, or at free public locations such as coffee
shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and universities – but recognize that
public Wi-Fi locations may not be secure. Apps like Wi-Fi Finder, available
from the Google Play Store, can help you find open networks. Additionally, Apps
such as My Data Manager can help you keep track of your Wi-Fi and cellular data
usage.
Armed Forces Mobile will presume you are engaging in an unauthorized use in
violation of these Terms and Conditions, if in Armed Forces Mobile’s sole
discretion, you are placing an abnormally high number of calls, or repeatedly
placing calls of unusually long duration, or if your talk, text or data usage
is harmful or disruptive to the Carrier’s network or service levels. If we
determine, in our sole discretion, that you are using your Service in violation
of the Armed Forces Mobile Terms and Conditions or in any other manner that we
deem to be unreasonable or excessive, we may terminate individual calls or data
connections, terminate or reduce data throughput or terminate your Service,
decline to renew your Service, or offer you a different Service plan with no
unlimited usage component.
Armed Forces Mobile may discontinue providing Service to
you, discontinue your account, terminate data connections and/or reduce data
throughput speeds for customers whose usage, in the sole judgment of Armed
Forces Mobile: (1) appears likely to generate abnormally high call volumes or
data usage and/or abnormally long average call lengths or data usage as
compared to the usage of other Armed Forces Mobile customers or (2) may be
harmful, disruptive, or interfere with the Carrier’s network, Armed Forces
Mobile’s service or the ability to provide quality service to other customers.
By initiating Service and placing or receiving calls, you acknowledge and agree
to Armed Forces Mobile’s right to terminate your Service under these
circumstances.
Armed Forces Mobile may modify or cancel any Service or
take corrective action at any time without prior notice and for any reason,
including but not limited to your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Armed Forces Mobile’s Right To Make Changes
Unless otherwise prohibited by law, Armed Forces Mobile reserves the right to
change prices or the use of the Armed Forces Mobile Service as described in
these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice to you. You must
refer to our Terms of Service web page for an updated version of these Terms
and Conditions.

VTG Mobiles main purpose is to provide a service that fits our customer’s standards. If there comes a time a concern should arise, VTG Mobiles main goal is to address that matter in a timely fashion and come to a resolution that both parties find fit. [redacted] is a valued investor and his...

concerns regarding his participation in the Reseller Online Business Website have been taken in consideration. [redacted] CEO has personally addressed this matter along with [redacted] VP, they have been in contact with [redacted] and have decided to accommodate [redacted] request for a full refund on his investment towards his Reseller Online Website. [redacted] values every investor involved in the Reseller Online Business Website, he truly believes the business model and the turnkey website provided for the Resellers will be a profitable investment. He is allowing [redacted] to keep the website and profit from this venture. [redacted] has agreed to the new terms and will receive the website as a gift and will market the business allowing him to profit from any new subscribers. As this matter has come to a resolution by both parties [redacted] will retract his comments from the Revdex.com.

VTG Communications the parent company to Armed Forces Wireless/Mobile takes all concerns and complains as a priority. The matter at hand with Mr. [redacted] of the charge to his account for the amount of $55.00 for the wireless service has been resolved in a timely manner.
We have stayed...

in contact with Mr. [redacted] since he should concern of the charge on 06/09/2016 we exchanged emails. [redacted] Email conversion
>> VTG Mobile charged my card $55.00 unauthorized..I did not order any sim cards, any services period and you guys owe me $40.00 for activating a sim last month you said you were going to mail me a check. which I should have known was a lie.. however this issue is of more importance to me.. because you charged my card unauthorized and I KNOW for a fact I did not order anything period! this is wrong! and no one is accepting my calls or email or texts.. I will go to the Revdex.com and also post online and fight this charge all the way to court and my bank .. I thought I could trust you guys but I see I cannot... this is totally wrong and i'm asking for the 5th time please return my money and do not contact me with some foolish justifications I did not order ort authorize you to charge me anything [redacted]>> -->> [redacted]

Please refund our money!
I got everything back thank you and it put my trust back into VTG Mobile. But from now on I'm paying everything by [redacted]..I got money in there already that's not connected to my banking joint acct with my wife

I completely understand the hesitation, if I was stuck without gas when I knew I had the money available, I'd be upset too. I just wanted to explain what exactly happened, and why your card was charged. On the test activation that you did, a card was entered into the system to complete the activation. We are on the Postpaid Platform of Verizon, as you know, contract Verizon requires a CC on file to charge for the service. We are a Prepaid service and do not require a CC on file to activate service, but a customer can put their information on file for autopay. When they do that, it automatically charges the card they put on file every month just like they were on contract Verizon. That is what happened when you put your card information on file.

I wasn't aware of that.. when you are in the portal it does not tell you that or give you any heads up. anyways I posted online and retrated my complaints. One thing I have to say about VTG Mobile ( Air Force Mob ile) you guys are quick abiut resolving issues and you do go out of your way to help your dealers. unfortunately I have a wife that has a lot of income and savings and she kind of have the ball in her corner.(money power) and i'm working on attaining my own funds in  order to proceed forward without any hinderance. As you know the prepaid industry is taking such lightning fast changes. Look at what T-mobile is doing now with their T_mobile Tuesday awards and I know you probaly read the prepaid pbhone news wenbsite. I do all the time and keep up with what's going on. Thank You personally for your quick action. By the way..How is the T-mobile deal going? are you still planning to obtain unlimited data ?  Now I plan to test the T-mobile sims I paid and i'm going to take one of the sims soon and activate it.  My laptop crashed on me so I do not have the password to log into my T-mobile portal and activate the sim.. please by all means send me user password so I can gain access..

VTG Communications appreciates every loyal customer and we will cater to their cellular needs and concerns. Both parties are glad that we could come to a resolving conclusion and provided clarity on the matter at hand.

Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[I reject the response for several reasons. First and foremost a resolve by the company was not reached. They made no effort to resolve besides copying and pasting the policy they came up with to Revdex.com.
This company does not notify an individual of excessive usage and /or that their phone will be cut off as stated in they're own policy. Second, they keep on saying excessive usage but what is the true definition of unlimited? The folks I put on AF mobile are either elderly or veterans. They do not use the services abnormally. Is abnormal a cancer patient talking to their doctor for 30 min? Because one person was cut off after that. Define abnormal? Because in your own policy you don't even define "abnormal" in quantities. What in your system defines abnormal? After calling AF they could not even tell the customer how many minutes he used from a Monday (when the service was cut back on) until Wednesday (when it what cut back off). You guys cutbhis phone off in 3 days after he paid a monthlybpland for 25$ unlimited talk and text and couldn't even tell him why except to spit company policy like any other unprofessional business who doesn't want to deal. Just push them off on policy instead of getting to the bottom of it. How can you treat your own vets like this? This is absurd. Your own policy contradicts itself.
