This is a very impressive operation with an excellent website The rated depth of 8-9mm of the two tires I purchased was spot on with both closer to 9mm My only complaint is that one of the tires was clearly run on a car with an alignment problem as there is uneven wear on the tire's inside tread surface I only needed one tire to complete a matched set, so I'll keep the cupped one as a spare rather than go through the grief of returning it I am surprised VYC sells what I'd consider a borderline tire (although not unsafe) and because of that I'd hesitate to buy from them again, nor could I recommend them

I searched the website for a 225/55R/tire I selected one from the options on the page I did not read the check out invoice or the invoice emailed to me And yes, that is my mistake I picked up the tire on Friday, May The VYC employee put the tire in the back of my SUV I did not look at the tire, that again is my mistake I immediately had the tire mounted at a local business On the drive home the car was not driving properly When I got home I looked at the tire, the size was 225/60R/ I have AWD and a wrong size tire can cause damage to the car I hope this did not happen as I only drove a short distance On Saturday, May 6, I returned to the garage to have the tire taken off my car and my old tire remounted The price for the two mountings totaled $33.34, nearly as much as the cost of the tire I returned the tire to VYC and got a refund for the tire purchase price I told the VYC employee the website showed the photo of the tire with the caption stating i

I want to share a positive experience with VYC Tires, Incaka Best Used Tires.com I purchased a used vehicle that had matching tires, all with good tread, however the spare tire was mismatched, weather checked and had less than mm of tread VYC Tires had identical tires, with varying tread wear, in stock I chose the one that most closely matched the tread on my good tires Ordered on-line on Monday afternoon and tire was delivered by FedEx at 8pm the next day Price paid was as agreed, tire condition was exactly as described and shipping was free Now have a usable spare at 1/the cost of having to buy a new tire

I ordered tires from Best used Tires, then more the same size, treed & manufacture
I stored the first order until I saw the 2nd set of tires same as above
The 1st set of tires were manufactured in & 04, way past where tire shops will mount tires
Then one of the tire had a bad bead on the tire
In looking for tires to match, the first set where past the days exchange time, "I get that"
I sent the old tire back, Julio Lopez with Best Used Tires would do NOTHING to fix the problemHe wouldn't credit my account, send replacements tires or ever return my old tires
I have ordered tires through them for years, very loyal customer
This is the WORST customer service ever, they are willing to do ZERO for the customer
They desirve a negative rating at best
