received tires and when taken to shop to be mounted I was told by mechanic that out of the tires were over 5years since they were manufactured(stamped date on them was from 2012) Mechanic stated unused tires have a shelf life, just like any product, and that there should have been some kind of disclaimer because company can be in trouble for selling past said shelf lifeI had them mounted anyway because I NEEDed the tires, but am hoping for some kind of incentive on your end, since there were no warnings in the description/disclaimer of tiresI do have future purchases to do, but am wary if this is something that I need to look out for

I have ordered from this place several times before Never had a problem until this time First, they sent correct tires and odd tireI called, no problem sent a correct tire I was having them put on the car todayThe first tire mounted has a large slice in itSo I called, spoke to Julio He was very rude and disrespectful to me I had asked him to please switch out these tires with another set A comperatal tire He said that since I was having problems that he will refund my money and to go someplace else I said I would like to keep doing business with them and he said that he would advise itI asked to speak with the manager, he said he was the manager and that he no longer wanted my business

Tires got to my house pretty fast, was pleased with the quality and came exactly as described

I ordered two tires from here, and it took four or five days for them to get hereThey looked good, so no issues thereI took them to get mounted and during the mounting of one, a leak was foundThe tire was flat within an hourI called and was told to take a picture of the flat tireI emailed it in, and for four days, I got emails back obviously from different people, because the same information was requested over and overI got fed up and finally calledI wanted a refund of the tire as well as another $credited for the cost of mounting a faulty tireI had to work my way up the ladder and finally reached a manager named J***J*** was short and rude with me and kept talking over me, refusing to listen to what I had to sayI explained that I was out $because they failed to inspect the tire properlyHe said because it wasn't mounted there, there was nothing they could doOf course it wasn't mounted there; they're in PA and I'm in **He said it was 50% the shop's fault who mounted the tire because they should have also seen the leakHow can you see a leak in a tire until it's mounted and has air in it?
This J*** guy was a jerkLooking through their reviews, it seems as though the majority of 5* reviews are fakeThey're all written identicallyNever doing business with them again, that's for sureUPDATE: shortly after I left the above review, they sent the following email:
"At this point if you are willing to remove the comment you made on g*** once we see that it has been removed we can process that additional $as a courtesyPlease advise."
So they bribed me to give me the money back I was entitled toI refused to take the review down and threatened to put them on blast on all other review sites unless they gave me my $Then they wrote, "After consulting with ownership that refund of $will be processed within 2-business days."
Now that the $has gone back to my card, I'm going to write reviews everywhere I canThat's what you get for trying to mess with peopleYou should have just given me back the $I deserved in the first place and you could have avoided all of thisTake this as a lesson
