DO NOT use this company! They have NO INTENTION of paying any claims (save for a few to pull the wool over the eyes of the system). They have NO REGARD for ANY American laws of ANY STATE concerning processing and settlement of claims.
They are gambling that YOU will not have the funds to hire an attorney. In this case, they will find a way to absolve themselves of paying any money.

RUN FROM THEM. They should be run out of the USA. They are in business to scam American people.

 Attached are the emails that contradict what the misleading claim adjuster explains. I only received $911.34. I was made to pay the bank transfer fee of $45.75, even though there is an attached email that clearly states the Well Fargo pays all fees involved. The shipping charges which included the insurance was paid in August 2013. The shipment arrived in September 2013. I claimed insurance damage in the amount of $1200 in October and was not contacted by the insurance company until Feb. 2014. It was delayed for another month and after taking a deductible of $250, I received close to $300 less than the actual damage, 6 months after I paid in full.

This claim was handled quickly without complaint from the claimant. After the release form to settle the claim was returned on 2/**/14, it takes approximately 10-15 business days to process payment. This payment was expedited and the check was cut on 2/**/14. The check was sent via regular post to the United Kingdom. On 2/**/14 the claimant began complaining that they hadn't received the settlement check. We advised them that it has been sent out and to give it time to arrive. On 3/**/14 we agreed to place a stop on the check and arrange a wire transfer. We advised the claimant that the stop had been requested and it will take up to a week to process the wire transfer. The claimant then became verbally abusive, using foul language with the assigned case handler. On 3/**the check arrived at the claimant's location. The check had not yet been stopped and we advised the claimant that they could cash it. Without reason they de stroyed the check. Claimant received payment on 3/**. Immediately began to complain about a bank charge taken by their own bank. We advised that they need to take that issue up with their bank and it would not be reimbursed through their insurance. Review: I purchased a marble table form a store in [redacted] that was shipped to me with insurance. The table arrived broken. I took pictures of the table in the original packing and submitted a claim with WK Webster who I guess is the adjudicator/insurer. My claim was denied. The reasons give are because of a delay in submitting the claim (I had to get all the information from the store in [redacted] so it took time) and because I did not keep the packing. WK Webster never informed me when I submitted the claim that I should keep the packing and never stated that the delay in filing the claim would affect their decision. Only only found all this out 4 months later when they sent an email denying my claim.

They will not provide me the company policy their criteria for adjudicating claims. They also have no evidence that I have committed any fraud in my claim, yet have denied payment.Desired Settlement: I am requesting acceptance of the claim and delivery of the amount of purchase of the table which is $3508.69.
