I was very pleased with the service and job they didHowever, I paid for them to put a termite station in my driveway as wellAfter months, I have called times (no one will return my call) I have spoken to Markus times and still nothing! You should know I have an outstanding balance on my account and I refuse to pay it till the job is done!!! Even if I have to be sent to collections, I WILL NOT pay till the job is doneIf the job is not done within the month (days from now, November 5th) I will be asking for a refund

Service technician caught on video falsifying documentation about services performed
On Jan 3, my service technician was caught on my security camera coming to my house to perform monthly treatment, the camera caught him filling out the invoice for work completed, leaving it on my door then returning to his truck and leaving

The company charged my credit card before the service was to start in SeptemberThey lied to me, and I want to cancel and get my money back
