I am rejecting this response because:This is the same thing we've heard for six months: the rain backed us up. I understand rain. I understand that it rained so much in that I couldn't get tractors in my fields or in to spray pastures and I lost money. I understand rain does not help when you're leveling houses. I get that.I also understand that warranty work makes the company no money, so customers who acted in good faith to get their homes fixed get pushed off further and further until the warranty expires and Waco Foundation Repair is off the hook. Waco Foundation Repair is costing us money every day because until this foundation issue is resolved, we cannot refinance our home.No, I do not accept this response. They can do better than that

Waco Foundation Repair is going to HONOR the warrantywe go off the date that we originally assessed the problem so no we are NOT off the hookthank you and if you would like us to work on getting you on the schedule please let us know if not we have plenty of others waiting in line patientlyLike I said we are doing best we can and sorry if that is unacceptable

I am rejecting this response because: I have tried for months and been promised times that Waco Foundation come to my home in order to resolves these issues but this never happenedAt this point, it appears that *** *** And Waco Foundation Repair does not intend to settle these issuesI will not be put off another week.I have changed my schedule to be at home today,and on the following dates; 6/30, 7/1, 7/2, and 7/After that, I will consider that you do not intend to discuss any of these issuesAlso, I chose Waco Foundation Repair based on the brochure that states you are an accredited member of the Revdex.com of which is not trueI am truly disappointed in my choice. response that failed to happen

I find that untrue do the notes I have on file but regardless I will more than happy to make any necessary warranty repairs and will be happy just to put on schedule to send guys to open up to check the area in questionplease call office on Friday to get you schedule datethank you

in response to the complaint against the work done yes we did do some minor pier work for Mr*** however some of the facts he is stating are not trueYes it did take awhile to initially get to as it does everyone that we do work for because we stay extremely busy all year long and with the
abundance of rain has put us behind on our scheduleEvery time Mr *** called in we told we were doing our best to "fit" him inOnce we got an open spot for him on the schedule he refused the time that we could make it out so again we had to try to work with his schedule. The day the workers showed up at the specific time he requested Mr *** was not home and my guys had to sit and wait for him. On numerous times that Mr *** called in he stated that the hole was "open" and just needed to be adjusted and when we arrived we had to actually break open a concrete patch to adjust the pier so on that particular day my guys were not equipped to pour the concrete back so we told him we would need to return to do thisI have no problem at all getting this taken care of for Mr *** but like I said we are running behind with a lot of other customers not only him due to bad weather situations but again Mr *** only would allow us to come to his home on a Monday or Tuesday so we are doing our best to get to him. Also Mr *** does have a warranty on the PIER ONLY as stated in his warranty and would not cover the breaking out of concrete and replacing typically we charge for this so I am doing a courtesy to him. Please let me know if anything else is needed and we will do our best to get this taken care of. Thank you*** ***

With all due respect you said you spoke to me at the Home Show in which was back in February so I obviously did forget due to the hundreds of people I talk with over that weekendGenerally I have people call me on Monday morning to set up appointments and had that been done I would have been out to

I will do my best to get Mr *** to your home to look at the drain system before lunchtime tomorrow 7/ Please call the office today @ *** to verify that this will work for you otherwise our next available is on the 5th of July

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your furnitureThe *** warranty covers material and workmanship for yearThe manufacturer did authorize us to replace the foam core on one end of the sofa that you felt was too softThis can happen especially when the user has a favorite side of
the sofa they like to sit onPlease keep in mind all cushions will flatten to some degree especially if you sit on the front edge of the sofa where the wood framing is and not back on the spring suspension when normally using the sofaSince the cushion is up to manufacturer specifications they would not authorize the cushion to be replaced again since it is a brand new foam core

We are still going to get to you but due to delays on other projects and weather delays we have been put behindi have a limited amount of crew guys that can only get so much done in a days timeI will get to you within the next days for sure

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me *** *** from Waco Foundation and Repair did meet with me today as scheduled, we discussed all the issues, and came to an agreement on a resolution He has promised to notify me on Tuesday, July as to when the necessary corrections will be made He is emailing me a contract detailing the work to be done
