your only complaint is that it is taking us longer than you would like for us to get to you and as I addressed we have many customers in same position. Waco Foundation Repair fully intends on backing up any warranty issue that falls within guidelines of warranty but also does NOT have to take verbal threats and social media harassment from anyone just because we were not going to be able to make it out to a job site because we were held up on another and when you call and threaten and make demands to my secretary Waco Foundation Repair will not respond to this and will take full lagal action towards harassing phone calls and social media contact. So going forward I will only speak or communicate with [redacted] in regards to any and all warranty related issues with this home and we be happy to re-schedule with her. So if she will contact our office we will gladly set her up on a day that works best for her. PLease do not contact this office again and I have instructed my staff to only deal with Ms [redacted] in regards to this home.  Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:We are waiting patiently.  If you review our history, we have been nothing but patient since we first called Waco Foundation Repair in March 2016.  We were promised that on June 3rd a crew would come perform the work, then we had to call to find out what happened to that date and were put off until June 9th and 10th, and still no call to let us know what was going on.  We waited patiently for over a month once again for someone to call us and let us know if there was a new date scheduled, and we got nothing.  Now, we are being asked to continue to be patient because if we are not, then we are threatened with being put at the bottom of the list.  We have not even been afforded the courtesy of a phone call to let us know when we can expect this to be resolved.  This is the most response we've had since March, and the first contact
I've had with someone other than the receptionist who answers the
phone. We remain patient, but have a legitimate complaint with Waco Foundation Repair, which is why I have resorted to the Revdex.com for some sort of mediation to resolve this matter and why I once again am rejecting this response.

This is the first im hearing of this complaint but from what you are describing may sound like an issue with water around the house for the holes to sink down and patches to break. also if the floor is bubbling again is mostly contributed to water. I would say to get a plumbing test done and make...

sure the plumbing checks out all ok and the make sure you have no water running towards the home so the holes will not continue to cave in. Again im going off what you are describing but will have to come look at it again regardless.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:By telling me, "...if you would like us to work on getting you on the schedule please let us know if not we have plenty of others waiting in  line patiently," that's as clear of a veiled threat as you can make.We will expect to see you the morning of September 12th as promised by your receptionist Wednesday morning when I spoke with her.

your email and no where in your email is there a date estimate. Please advise back when you have a date that you will be coming out to my residence to begin working. You emailed me 10 days ago and I have yet to receive a phone call and appointment time from your office.  Please email me a date and time in which you are going to come out and begin working on my house. When you have sent me a date and time I will accept your response.

I was unaware of a billing issue with this job or at least it was never brought to my attention. I know that we did do some additional work in which Mr. [redacted] had signed a change order form for this work and amount that was to be paid and he did so. I am very much aware the nature of cracking etc. with weather conditions, however the plans for the slab were altered the day it was poured. The whole point was to pour the new section to keep water away from the house. No shallow trough was impressed while concrete was wet to channel water away, that was the agreement between the foreman and I. I immediately asked the foreman about the change the day it was poured and he assured me it would work or he would have it corrected. It neither worked nor was corrected. I just want what I had asked for, a dry area under the patio cover. When it rains, water floods that area all the way up to the house and pools around my patio furniture. I very much appreciate your concern and will contact your office yet again. Thank you

First off Mr [redacted] I need to address the fact that around the time you were calling we have been slowed down due to weather related issues and some of the jobs we have been on have taken more time than allowed. we are only so many people here and are very busy and have a lot of people that are...

I apologize that we sometimes cannot get to a customer as quickly as they like again we do the best we can each day. furthermore you calling and being rude to my secretary and threating to come sit in my office all day to get some answers is uncalled for and as a business owner I will not tolerate. I will do everything in me to get you on schedule by end of week for sure. Also I have gone through your file and for some reason I do not have the proper warranty paperwork when you bought this house from the [redacted] so please forward over to me as soon as possible I hope that they did not just tell you it had a warranty and it was just transferred when you purchased it? Please get that to [redacted] at office and I will have you a date by Friday. thank you
