Review: Contracted service, I paid agreed quote for install of patio railing and deck railing and ceiling under deck, during install I canceled patio railing. After repeated phone calls over 3 months period, I have not received refund for the canceled railing. Last phone call with Mr. W[redacted] left us feeling threatened, we now have issues with the ceiling leaking and we tried to explain to him over the phone he said he would come out when it was raining, and I told him we been waiting for our refund since June and why should we believe him now.Desired Settlement: Make good on refund and come out and see for himself where the leaks are and repair them.

Review: Deckmasters Washington County installed our deck several years ago. They are exceptionally difficult to have respond to perform follow-up service issues. For this particular problem, it has taken over two years to have [redacted] show up to address the situation. In this case [redacted] showed up and it is still NOT fixed properly. An important note: We have a "Lifetime Warranty" on the deck for its structure. Specifically, our deck is sinking and not level. This happened due to the weight of the patio room that [redacted] installed on our deck. After two years, he finally arrived to fix the problem. They propped up one of the brackets and it somewhat raised the deck. However, the end of our deck is several inches off of the support beams and the middle still sags. I was actually told by one of his workers that this was an "Optical Illusion". I then took a level to the deck and proved to him that it was not. So he left the premises and told me it would correct itself and they would be back. Upon return to take their equipment back, I was informed that the owner had no plans to further correct the work. So once again I am stuck with no communication. In addition, we had a screen that pulled out. It started out as a small opening, but over the course of the last two years with winter and wind it has pulled out even further. I was told today that they wont fix it because we caused the problem. This is patently NOT TRUE. Their service and follow up is retched at best. I am at a loss as to how to ultimately resolve our problem and frustrated with [redacted]'s lack of caring and attention to detail.Desired Settlement: I would either like the deck fixed and repaired or have [redacted] pay to have me have it fixed properly.

Review: [redacted], DBA Deckmasters Technologies contracted for and installed a deck at my residence on or about March 2003 for which [redacted] represented a Lifetime Deck Workmanship warranty and failed to honor that warranty by servicing/repairing/replacing inferior quality materials and workmanship following installation. Notices of needed repairs have gone unheeded. Verbal promises by [redacted] of service on or about May 1, 2013 have continued without resolution. Additional notices by voice mail were given to [redacted] at [redacted] on 5/9/13, 5/16/13, and 6/1/13 have not been acknowledged.Recent pictures of inferior materials and workmanship are available upon request. A copy of the original signed contract and warranty are also available upon request.Desired Settlement: A reasonable refund of the installation cost of $4390 is sought.

Review: last finishing strip keeps on coming loose.have to keep on pounding back in. screws that they used are not long enough. have called the franchise owner, [redacted] and have left messages on machine but he never calls back I need this problem fixed.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. [redacted] to come and put the right screws in so the strips do not keep on coming out.
