I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have issue with the offer in respect that it is still pending as the offer implies it will take 4-weeks to be resolved The issue occurred back on Aug14th and it is now Sept25thThat is over a month already that they have known about this problem and they still respond with a 4-week time frame That makes the total time in I have been waiting for resolution over months I don't see how they do not have other albums in stock that can be shipped to the "few customers" they stated were affected They have also used the same response to me over the phone back in Augwhen I informed them of the problem and I never received any correspondence stating they were resolving the issueIf it is going to take another 4-weeks to get resolved, I would rather send them back the items and receive a full refund.

I was informed to ship one back which I did so the day I received it (unlike them taking my money and waiting days before shipping out the product).? They did refund the shipping.? Its a shame they are the ones that handle most artists online merchandise so I will make sure to purchase in person from now on and never order from them again.?
