Mr [redacted] has been here timesI have tried working with him and told him the mechanic who repairs bumpers is only here on FridaysHe has come weeks in a row, but when he has to wait for the repair, he gets in his car and leavesI told him it was going to take a couple hours, but he never wants to waitI cannot make him wait, but I can only fix it if he allows me toI am trying to make the situation rightHe has buyers remorse and he has not paid his first paymentI cannot trade him into another car because of his creditI can’t make the bank loan him moneyAs far as the $overcharge, we never stated thatHe went across town and asked another dealership and apparently that is what they told him

I received a voicemail from mr [redacted] regarding his service visitmy first call was to my service manager Mr [redacted] *** [redacted] assured me that Ward Kia did in fact rotate the tires and change the oil [redacted] measures the tread on the four tires prior to rotation in order to make sure that given any interruptions that the tires are rotated properly and that he has proof of the rotationwhen I called Mr [redacted] I first apologized and then heard his side of the storyI offered to redo both services in front of Mr [redacted] but he said we should not have to do thatI agreedI again stated what Mr [redacted] our service managers procedure was on tire rotations and Mr [redacted] response was to tell me that [redacted] is an ae and that he would not come back and that I could go piss offHe then hung up on me

We cut her a check to get the Bluetooth installed We called and got it appraised of how much it would be but she would be responsible for getting the work done herself The check was for $

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I do not feel that I should have to drive over an hour away to sign a document to receive our agreed upon amountI feel that I have been inconvenienced enoughSeth never indicated that he needed me to sign anythingIf he is willing to fax or email the document, I will be glad to sign it if he agrees to wire the funds directly into my checking account

I went to the car dealer on Saturday, July 30, They gave me a different car Avenger I am satisfied with this resolution by the company and would like to have the complaint closed

Ward Chrysler and Ward Kia uses a third party for follow up phone calls with all customers from sales and service sold or unsoldI will contact them and let them know to remove [redacted] from the follow up process

Once we get the money from the cancellation company, we send out the check It has been cancelled in our system This will show up on the next statement which should be out next week

I have no problem paying the customer the $354.00.I have told the customer that I would do this on more than one occasionI will need the customer to sign a document stating what our agreement is

the customer was fully aware that we were going to submit her information to the banks because she was wanting to purchase a carShe was not

I am rejecting this response because:I have a herniated disk in my back and I cannot just sit up there all dayThey keep putting me offI have actually sat there and waited for almost three hours or more and they still had not gotten to my vehicle. I would like them to pick a specific time on a Friday when I can bring my vehicle in and I would like for them to actually work on the vehicle at that designated time. I have been there four times and I still have not gotten anythingAll I get is put off

I am not going to paint the whole hood of the car, that is non-negotiableHe told them there was flake on the hood, and then he told us that he pressure washed his carHe texted our salesperson *** saying he high pressured the hoodI asked him directly and he admitted that he didI still
offered to fix it adequately, but I am not going to paint the whole hoodHe came down one day with his girlfriend and I told him the man who paints was here that day and they will take care of it but I was not sure what timeHe didn’t want to wait and he said he didn’t have time for thatThat is where we are at

I was told by Ward Chevrolet Metropolis that if I was dissatisfied with the car that I purchased, I could trade it in at their place for a different car. When I took the car to them for a trade-in, I was told that I was overcharged $on the price. The car is only worth $and I
was paying $18,000. I believe that the overcharge is unfair and then for them to not give me the full value of $that they were making me pay on a trais not right. They are trying to save $on a car trade-in

I am rejecting this response because: I did not pressure wash my car nor did I ever admit to doing it I have no way to even get ahold of a pressure washer and I did not act the way they said I did I was asking them as a customer that I wanted the whole hood fixed because If he just painted one spot the other would start to peel everntually all I want is a 225$ check or cash to get it painted else where I got an estimate from a different body shop becuase even wards painter said that it’s be best to paint the whole hood but ward wanted the cheaper way out of it. I just want my hood fixed and repainted this is insane the estimate I got to paint the WHOLE HOOD is only 225$ and that is what’ve I would accept.
