Warrior Service Company

Im writing this complaint for my disabled dad who I take care of. Dad is a disabled Veteran from the Korea War conflict. He is 88 years old. The VA awarded dad a elevator lift at his home in south Jersey so he would be able to drive his electric scooter onto the elevator and go up into his house since we had to raise it from Hurricane Sandy. This job entailed concrete work some electric work and install the elevator. Also you would need permits from town and Department of Consumer Affairs for the elevator to do this job.This all was approved by the VA and contracted to Warrior Services to do in October of 2018. I was told by Leo a job manager because of winter I would be the first job come spring. I called and spoke to a *** job Coordinator and send they needed to submit a drawing and survey to the Consumer Affairs Dept then to the town. She also delayed this by waiting 4 weeks for a return call from a surveyor who never answer back to her. I question why they didn't start this paperwork in October of 2018 so we would be ready to install now. I was told they didn't realize they need all these permits and survey and drawings to do this job,. Again I asked why didn't you do this work during winter so we can move forward now. Couldn't get a answer on why. Today April *** 2019 I was told after many heated calls they gave the job back to the VA and wont do it. My dad is disabled and 88 yrs old All he wants is to use his home we dont know how much more time dad has on this earth. He served this country 8 yrs of his life in the Naval Air during the Korea crisis. Please help us this so wrong what they have done for so long of a time to now say they wont do the work. If there a contractor they should know you need permits and any other plans to do a job like this which they do and sell all this equipment. Its just been mishandled and now my poor father has to start all over again with this.
