Washington Wireless of VA

Washington Wireless sold me "*** OFFICE PREMIUM" for a total of $399.00. They represented themselves as certified agents of ***.com. They apparently are out of business. Apparently I have been scammed. Shame on me.

These folks represented themselves as agents of *** for a problem with the new *** Product Key install. The electronic invoice had nothing to do with *** company. I phoned them this morning and these folks do not work or subcontract for their firm. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and will have it reversed as well as a formal complaint has been filed with *** as well. These folks perpetrate a fraud to take money with False Advertising! Unacceptable. If the issue is not resolved I will call the Arlington Police Department and file a formal complaint as well.

I was setting up my new laptop along with a new *** key code. What popped up on the screen was key code activation failed. It then said to call ??. A man with either a British accent or Indian accent answered the phone and stated that I had a Alureon Bootkit worm in my WiFi. He said that his tech person could get rid of it. They put you on hold, talk to you etc then tell you that you can buy their protection for $119.00 for 1 year, $169.00 for 3 years or 5 years for $199.00 + tax = $230.99. They will say that you have *** for life for being such a good customer. Then they will ask you to esign their receipt.

Do not install *** unless you know what you are doing. This company is called Washington Wireless.
