Great Customer Service
I had some issues with the snow pick-up, when I called I spoke with Amanda. She was very friendly and accommodating, made me feel like my business was a value.

what happened?!
I have been a loyal customer for nine years (started with Gator) I've paid for a 2 yard dumpster for that many years. We've never had a problem with them until they recently changed the way garbage is collected, with a very impersonal letter stating they would no longer pick up garbage in the alley. they stated I was okay for alley pick up because I had a commercial account. For three to four months they came down the alley every Wednesday and emptied my dumpster. Now they won't come down the alley because they say a wire (not mine) is hanging to low and I would be responsible for correcting the issue, as I said "NOT MY WIRE" and I don't work for the city either! The worst part of all this is a week prior they were coming down the same alley with the same wire hanging in the same place and now they can't. I now have a full dumpster and no place else to throw my trash. I also let a neighbor who is blind and confined to a wheelchair use the dumpster because she can't afford trash service.

***, I apologize that you are having service issues I think the main reason is that the account was not noted as cart service I have updated the account to reflect cart service which will help with issues I will also make sure you are not charged for the extra container We do appreciate your businessThank you

This account is a permanent Roll-off account that is handled by a sales Rep I will have [redacted] contact the customer immediately to rectify this situation

Mr [redacted] I do apologize about the service issues and I am looking into why this happened I have credited Mr [redacted] $for a months service I have also scheduled to have his trash can exchanged on Friday 5/26/ I am also putting in a work order to make sure the driver services all trash this week

The customer has a 2yd dumpster at his residence Any dumpster service is considered commercial [redacted] is his sales rep, he would be the one to fix the issues

We apologize that the customer was not advised of the price increase Unfortunately this is something that usually happens once a year to cover our costs We are not always advised when our rate are going to go up with disposal, insurance for vehicles, maintenance on the trucks, etc We cover a lot of the costs there is only a small portion that we pass on to the customers As far as the removal fee this is also about cost We send a different type of truck and driver out to remove the cans, we do provide the customer with the option to drop off the cans at no cost As a courtesy I can schedule the removal of the cans with out a charge We do hate losing business due to cost, but a lot of the time the cost is out of our control

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I only will withdraw the complaint once ALL trash has been picked up from almost two weeks agoMy green trash can has not been noticed from the previous complaint and incident of MayI cannot empty trash can prior to the 16th since the trash truck doesn't arrive till the 16th therefore the can cannot be empty prior to the 16th? Again once all trash that I requested to be picked up is collected and I receive a new trash can will I withdraw my current complaint Sincerely, [redacted]

Customer called in on 1/5/to talk about the price increase On 1/8/the account was rolled back to $month plus fuel by the sales rep for this account As far as I can tell this was rolled back to save the customer

I do apologize fore the confusion in regards to the removal charge I do see on the account that you did drop the containers at the Erie office I have waived any removal charge that was associated with this accout The account now stands closed and free of any charges Our apologies once again

We do apologize for the confusion I have credited the bulk charges This account is not being charged xtra for additional cansI have also placed yet another note on account to not charge for xtras I have also emailed the supervisors informing them of the situation and to be sure to honor the notes on account

Waste connections issued me a creditSo the matter is closed

we will be dropping off a new containerthere has been a month of service credited to the account we can get your trash and the damaged container removed on Friday looking at the account it appears there is a personal container filled with dirt that we would not be able to service

I have notated the account and added an additional container in our system to ensure that cans are serviced every week I have also placed route notes for the driver to advise that we will pick up extra bags outside the can without charge
