I don't remember talking to you about the existing AC I remember telling you could not use the existing unit because we would not warranty or install the unit and the bank would require it have a warranty We did not take any money off the home for using yours and was never reminded about anything with the used AC which might or might not have been working You assume it is worth to you and this has nothing to do with you saying to go ahead and hire the tree and guy and you would pay us for that We can not do the skirting without your balance being paid

We are sorry you did not have a good experienceWe did all we could to get your home set up and done in a very timely manner and for the work to be done right and this make you a great homeAll details of this transaction was put in writing on a contract and promissory sheetYou went over and signed these to move forward and closeIf there was any clearing needed or heat pump requested you would have addressed that with us thenThe clearing was something you handled and received quote on and we begged the bank to add as much as possible for this and they allotted you 2kI will resend all this if needed

? ***, we find it rather amusing you say all these things like the dirt was this magical solutionIf this was the hold up on well and septic, if he went out to see the land and thought we were going to have to wait and it was going to be an issueBringing that dirt in was an option months agoBut either you fell through on your part or the contractor isn’t all you talk him up to beAnd you literally didn’t even let us know we could hire our own crew, because if we knew months ago I would haveBut the bank cuts your company all the fundsSo if you have the funds and you tell customers you have everything u see control to be ready to go do the final closing when it’s readyAnd you tell a family all these unrealistic time framesYou can’t turn around and blame the weather or “just how construction works” if you “have been doing this a long time” you know it’s better to give a time line that gives wiggle room from your contractors rather then making it try to sound good and now you’re extremely far behind leaving apparently as you said in the phone call to leave room for weather issues but you didn’t quite franklyYou have lost multiple people to “live in campers or in their cars.” Do you realize the unrealistic time line is why that’s an issueWe all trust you to get us in when you say, so we don’t extend our leasesOr sell our homesIt’s funny you say you call everyoneThe [redacted] ? and [redacted] said they hadn’t talked to you in weeks and were waiting for you to contact themYou also left comments on the voicemail being disrespectful to meThen again talking down to me in the phone callYou can’t play a victim of “being mean” when you’re no betterThe entire phone call was recordedIt was your job to stay on top of everything if there was a hold up you figure out a solutionThat’s why we went with you because you said you could get it all done quicklyThat’s not the caseYou put blame on the contractorsBlame on usWe could have fired themIf that’s the case when we first brought our concerns of you being behind on the timeline you gave you could have given us that informationBut you didn’tSo here we areYou’re the only one who thinks all of this is logicalNo one elseGoing with this company was a huge mistakeAll we received from you was excusesAnd your story on how you have to pay ha month while all this is going on? We have to pay our family rent, we have furniture bills, and boarding bills along with my [redacted] having to drive over an hour each wasy to workAll because no one had their head in the gameNone of this is okayWe are losing valuable time with our ***? because we still aren’t moved inAll these things having to be in [redacted] ASAP by the time school was released, our baby was born and ***’s deployment were stressed and restressed on the importance of this situation that was the game changer that you were so sure you could do thatBut you couldn’t deliverWe didn’t go with y’all because we thought your homes were so amazingWe went with you because you seemed to know the crucial situation we were inWe are very disappointed in this company, your choice of contractors and the way this is being handledIt’s just sadIt really isAnd the fact you see nothing wrong with any of it is what really gets usThere’s been nonstop issues with the company from the start“They are on back order for the walls” [redacted] calling to let me know she ordered the wrong floors***? isn’t at all good at her jobShe lives in another worldY’all don’t communicate.?

Wayne Frier [redacted] sold Ms [redacted] a home and he paid cash for everything We charged him for the permits The permits had to be redone times due to customer changing deeds and having my permit lady make extra trips at her expense over the last two three weeks This held up the permits However we still set home up and did everything we promised we would do During inspection period [redacted] decided to require a final elevation cert due to property being in a flood zoneThis cost We did not charge customer for this survey Instead of Mr [redacted] setting up any kind of appointment to talk to me about this or emailing me as instructed by my [redacted] he threw a tantrum and upset everyone in our office threatening to hire a lawyer and sue us and demanded we pay his bills or else [redacted] is wrong in how he treated my [redacted] and *** Instead of arguing with him we went ahead and paid his survey and now will also have to pay for his AC to be raised due to him being in a flood zone This cost an additional which will be taken out of his [redacted] pay over the next couple weeks Per Mr [redacted] [redacted] his [redacted] did not relay the correct information on Mr [redacted] deal so [redacted] will be responsible for paying for it We always take care of our customers even when they are dead wrong and threaten us and throw fits so nothing to worry about there The only person you hurt here was [redacted] Mr [redacted] and he did you a great job The home was set up and finished in business days and [redacted] didn't deserve to have to pay your bills for you I will mail you out a check for and the AC is scheduled to be raised on Tuesday [redacted] will be responsible for this money starting this week so please get with him and get all your service list turned in so he can start working on that Tell us why here

We delivered home to property on 9- We had the entire job completed as of 10- It has been hard to get pass the inspections due to how the property was originally deeded and getting the county to clear the inspections in their computerThe final inspection was done today and everything has passed and a CO has been issued to turn power on and move in When we originally started the job their was a current home to be tore down and we charged the customer for this Our teardown people met Mr [redacted] 's [redacted] at the property and explained the process and advised that anything they wanted to keep needed to be taken off the home before they return They also made the customer aware of a tree that would have to be taken down in order to complete the job We received a quote of from the contractor and called [redacted] and told him the quote he said that would be fine and to please have the tree taken down for him he would mail us a check The customer stripped all the metal and aluminum off the home and the guys came back and demo the home and anything connected to it Mr [redacted] called me last week and said their was an existing AC unit on the old home he wanted to keep and that it was included in the demo He made me aware that the he owes us is compensation for the AC unit Wayne Frier [redacted] was never told of an AC unit that needed saved or asked to help move or we would of gladly done this for him We never were made aware anything They had plenty of time to move the AC and could of done it when they stripped the home of everything else We are surprised that he is trying to stiff us with this bill after we called and paid it for him in good faith He is 100% passed inspection and power has been released We will now help him through any service issues and honor everything we told him but will not complete the skirting until his outstanding balance of is paid

I am rejecting this response because: *** refuses to accept responsibility for all the issues of this matterI never changed the deedThe deed was incorrect due to an error made by an attorney, not meThat is the permit department's responsibility to resolve that and make sure the information is correct*** refuses to accept the fact that it was his *** that was unprofessional and rudeThey were rude by hanging up on me during phone calls*** would even scan my phone callsI know this because a few seconds after I would call, my *** would call and he would answer*** was sent the information regarding my property being in a flood zone on December 2ndThis date was over months before I signed any paperwork I am sure he had plenty of time to figure out the proper paperworkIt is also not my fault the air conditioner needs to be raisedThat once again is due to it being in a flood zonie*** knew thatIt's easy to point the finger and blame others, but it's pretty ignorant to do it when you leave out factsLike the fact we were told and ensured we would be moved in, no later than weeksGoing on week now and we will be moving in soon only because I stepped up and started making phone calls and scheduling people on my own, not you ***No, I don't accept this as resolved because I feel I should be compensated for taking my time and effort and skill set to call and schedule people when it is ***'s responsibility to do that in the first place No, this is not me throwing a fit, as you called itThis is simply me standing up for what is right and ensuring I get the product I paid for and deserveI don't deserve the hassle and annoyance you have given me.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was told by *** *** in his office the day I signed the contract that if the the heat pump was in good working order it could be resued he would offer me an offer/credit for the heat pump. He said he would send someone to look at the heat pump before he would make an offer/credit. I thought this would occur in good faith. This did not happen. When the demo contractor estimator/planner came by to do the estimate, the demo contractor was told that the heat pump was not to be removed. I found out on Sep that the existing mobile home had been demolished. There was some confusion with the demo contractor estimator/planner when he was asked why the heat pump was taken, since the demo contractor estimator/planner said the job was not scheduled yet and would check into the matter. The demo contractor estimator/planner called back and said the demo occured on Sep and offered an inoperative heat pump in exchange for the heat pump taken. I did not accept the inoperative heat pump offer. I proposed to *** *** that the cost of the tree removal was compensation for the loss of the heat pump. Yes, I understand this is my statement with no signed aggreement
At this point since both parties have no signed agreements for the tree or the heat pump, only the signed contract will be honored

Mr *** your loan closed first week of MarchIt has rained days out of the last daysThe property has been so wet that the septic and well contractor was not able to get equipment on propertyWe advised you of this weekly or bi weekly and so did the septic companyAt any time you could
have used someone else but no one would have been able to get the septic and well installed until the property dried up someSeptic and Well were installed at the beginning of this week and the power is scheduled for MondayIt is unfortunate that it is so wet and all contractors are so backed upI paid just to help you out and build a road so the well and septic could go in last weekWe are all in disbelief here that you *** us every day and are acting so hystericallyWe understand you want moved inWe should have everything done by end of July

The set up crew had a small section of home open to weather and some sheetrock was wetFactory has been to job and completed all repairs and customer said he was pleased with work and was going to remove this complaint
