*** *** Revdex.com they never once got in Touch with me and told me to call *** they .the Manager at midwest said he would get in touch with me and never did And when we filled out the paper work for tittle I told them I didn't want my name on tittle so he took it off they had to redo all the paper work and I didn't sign no paper work for the tittle it was all in *** name cause the temporary tags were in the right name but when we got tittle from *** it was in both and then when talk to them they just blowing me off so that when took matters in my own hand and call *** and they didn't do anything to help

There are multiple things wrong with this carI have called, stopped in and emailed without any response from Midwest. They have a 50/warranty where you pay them 50% of what another company would charge to repair the car. They will not return my attempts at contact to get the car in for repairs. The first time they did make an appointment to work on the car, they kept the car over hours and did not even look at the carThey have removed the side light that was not working and not called me to replace itThey said they would get me an estimate on replacing the ball bearings on the side of the car that was involved in the accident and I can not get a response on that either. Every time I do get to speak to someone they tell me that there was been a change in personnel in their repair garage and that is why no one has called me back. This has been going on for over a year.I need the car repaired and for them to honor their service agreement

The customer stated the issue was resolved but that he resolved the issue himself He said he would not recommend this place to anybody

I have reviewed the complaint and looked up the car fax for her car and did see where the car has been in a accident reported on 09/30/but it was on the left side of the carSince the accident the car has been taken to the Mercedes Benz dealer and of place of repair times with no sighs of
problemsWe did replace the battery on the carI have also attached the Car Fax for viewingThank You

Mr*** stated the title was delivered two (2) days prior the expiration of the temporary tags and the delivery of the title resolved his complaint

If Midwest had a report that the car had been in a significant accident, I think they should have disclosed this informationHad I been aware the car had been in an accident, I never would have purchased the carThat being said, for now I need the work done on the car to replace bulbs, replace ball bearings and fix the safety restraint system

I do apologies about the mistake I made on my part I was given the wrong info by our system. All costumers are given the option of turning down a service contract as that is all optional purchases. Since I started here I have let all the old employees go. Let me know how I can make this better. I apologies again about the misinformation.

She bought the Land Rover and had problems with the rear window wiper. We sent the truck to Land Rover of Dayton to have it fixed. Land Rover took a few weeks to get a answer from. When we found out they could not fix the truck we put her in a different vehicle [redacted]

Hi Ray.. thank you replying to me. I would like to sit and see what you can do to help me get fair treatment. [redacted] didnt give us a option to decline the extra coverage. so in total I was over charged by 1250 for the truck and 2500 for a warranty... I hope we can come up with something.
