Its was hard finding this deal because the person that put in the complaint is not the person who had purchased the vehicle. All warranty would have been disclosed at the time of purchase there would have been 3 different papers they would have signed Buyers order Bank contract and the warranty...

When she bought the car we where unaware of any issues the car had do to it was a problem that came and went. When we did figure out what the problem was we ordered a AC compressor to have it installed on her car but she did not come back.[redacted]
I have spoken with Ms. [redacted] Flores and we agreed to meet and review all the documentation regarding her complaint in early December. She became ill and has not rescheduled this appointment since then. I hope see is well and remain more than happy to work with Ms. [redacted] Flores with her...

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]First off...my name is on the truck..mine and my sons kamarian sole.. I address this issue with [redacted] and he told me that he would call the bank and get it straighten out and he would call me. He never called me. I called the bank and they told me that the dealership never called them at all.I asked [redacted] about the quoted price on the truck and he told me that thats what I was charged...Which was a big lie. I showed him the picture that I grabbed from the internet with the quoted price n told him that he over charged me not only for the car but added a warranty on it that wasnt disclosed to us during the signing (we werent giving the option to declined it) costed an extra 2500 and acted as if he would take care of it because I contacted a lawyer , the ohio attorney general. Once That didnt happen I contacted Revdex.com. This company has not at all tried to contact us about the issue or tried to fix the issue, they're really just hoping I go away. I dont even know who this [redacted] guy is but if he looked hard enough there is two signatures on the forms so now he's liar as well, I dealt with [redacted]. Revdex.com, I can send you guys proof of everything I am telling u and I can have the lady from credit acceptance back up every word that I am telling you guys.I had an employee by the name Carla that state she was over charged as well and the only way hers was corrected is because the guy was hitting on her.

Nothing was promised to the customer on the we owe, but we did put 2 tires and a new battery in for them [redacted]
