My experience with Wayzata Nissan has been nothing but positiveI have leased vehicles with them and they continue to work hard for my businessColton R [redacted] and Chris M***are first class sales and customer service professionalsThis year Chris even picked me up on Sunday - his day off - to bring my car in for its final touchesI'd have and will continue to recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or slightly used vehicle

1) RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE I made contact with Salesperson A through an online ad, who initially seemed friendly. It was impossible to set up a time to see the vehicle in person. When I called, the receptionist that no salesperson was available to talk. She had no solutions when a salesperson would be available and could not find anyone to help me. My family drove across town, in rush hour, to see the vehicle only to experience a very long wait, we had to ask 3 times for help. I saw Salesperson A walk by several times and completely ignore me. When we finally got to see a different salesperson, Salesperson J was rude, and talking down to my family--and saying things like our budget was too low to get a quality used vehicle. He was also taking business calls right in front of my family, and made us wait longer so he could fish for business. He mentioned looking at a car report but never actually let us see it (the competitor not only ran a Carfax but let us read the report and ask questions). 2) MISLEADING PRICING The original add said: Sales price $5,500 ($Up 750 from Blue Book Value) When I made an internet inquiry, I got: List Price:$8,900 Discount*:$4,000 Selling Price:$4,900 The value of this used, beat up 2005 vehicle should NEVER have been anywhere near $8,900. In fact, competitors were offering the same year and same vehicle, with 10k less miles, and in better condition for $4,400. 3) VEHICLE IN POOR CONDITION, CONCERNS IGNORED Salesperson J said the vehicle "had never been in an accident". The vehicle has clearly been in an accident--or more, and has not only scratches, dents and body damage but the front fender is not properly fit and is starting to detach. The back was hit so hard that the antennae has been pushed up, and is jutting out. Scuffs all over the bumper, visibly marked up to the point the color had been rubbed off. Two tires are low, the front so low that I was afraid to test drive it. Salesman J said the car had a "safety inspection" and was well maintained by the dealer. If you look under the hood, a housing cover is visibly cut off--looks sawed off. Some of the hoses were caked with oil, and I saw hoses duct taped together. It also had an exhaust leak. And it was starting funny. When I mentioned my concerns, Salesman J said I should be lucky to get a car "so cheap" and that I probably would not find anything else in my price range. He was not even willing to consider lowering the price to account for the visible body damage and repairs needed. I left Wayzata Nissan to look at cars on a competitor's lot, who offered to stay open later to accommodate my family, we received great service, and the competitor showed willingness to work with my family. I am very disappointed with Wayzata Nissan.

My family just came back from the Wayzata NissanWe had a great experience there, Scott B***was very helpful, explaining all options and looking at our key requirementsIt is an example of courtesy and client focus

I purchased a lease at Wayzata Nissan Just over two years ago from Chris Miller the internet salespersonI would have to say that this was one of the easiest and most efficient experiences I have ever had while buying a vehicleI have also been utilizing their service department during this time and can say that Cole and Steve are very quick and easy to work with The heated and enclosed service entrance is so nice during the winter and on rainy days After two years it is also nice to be able to stop up stairs and ask Chris questions about my new phone and how to get it connectedI highly recommend Wayzata Nissan, they may not be big or flashy, but they really do go the extra mile

I started exploring the idea of buying a 100% electric vehicle which lead me to the Nissan LeafDuring my seach for used Leafs, Wayzata Nissan came up time and time again for not only the best selection but pricing as wellI inquired about setting up a test drive to learn more and see if this would work with my life styleThankfully I made contact with Paul B and not only was he able to answer all of my questions but provided me with much more info that helped me make my decisionThe knowledge, professionalism, courtesy and demeanor that Paul portrayed is something I have never seen in the automotive industryThank you Paul, i'll be sending you more business!

I stopped in to look at a platinum 2017 Nissan Aramada and was assisted by Molly [redacted]. This was the first time I didn't feel like someone was trying to just push a car on me and say "next". Molly delivered a personalized approach to my vehicle needs. Definitely recommend this dealership & will be back!

I am very disappointed with Wayzata Nissan.

My experience with Wayzata Nissan has been nothing but positive. I have leased 4 vehicles with them and they continue to work hard for my business. Colton R** and Chris M[redacted]are first class sales and customer service professionals. This year Chris even picked me up on Sunday - his day off - to bring my car in for its final touches. I'd have and will continue to recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or slightly used vehicle.

Excellent service from Wayzata Nissan. Especially the salesman Scott Brown. All around great experience.

I just leased my second car through Wayzata Nissan and both times, it was quick, easy and just a great experience. My sales rep yesterday, Scott B[redacted], was friendly, respectful of my time and really listened to what I was wanting in a car. It's just a great dealership and I highly recommend them.

Wayzata Nissan is not a party to this transaction in any way and we believe this complaint should be directed to Nissan. The extended warranty coverage is well known in the auto repair industry, especially at a transmission repair shop.  We're so sorry [redacted] charged you for...

a repair that was covered under warranty.  We recommend opening a file with Nissan Consumer Affairs as they may have a process to reimburse money paid to this other shop. Please let us know how we can assist with this or any other matter in the future. We are happy to help!
