Austin L. from "We Care Plumbing & Heating" came out to our home on time to perform the duct cleaning services which included sanitizing each duct. He is extremely courteous, professional, and an overall hard worker. He was able to answer all my questions and also double-checked everything to make sure the ducts were clean. I would highly recommend Austin!

We had our AC replaced in 2015 by We Care, what a great experience it has been.
They provide great service and we have the service agreement We Care offers.
We Care came to our home today, 12/02/2017. The service Technician was Michael A. he provided superior service and went above and beyond to satisfy us. After doing the maintenance on our AC unit he checked our dampers at our request and rebalanced all ducts to our liking, and he did it all with a great attitude and smile. Michael A, thank you. We Care has an asset in you.

We have used WC Air and Heating services for years and today took advantage of their plumbing evaluation. Melvin M was polite, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Presentation of recommended services was straight forward without pressure. As with all WC technicians we are very pleased with their services and would highly recommend them.

The installer Raymond C. and associate were very polite and courteous. My wife was the one who was home when they did the install. she was very pleased with their professionalism. My unit was installed on the roof so I went up and inspected their work after they had already left cause I was not home when they were here. I was very surprised and impressed by the installation and how everything was weather tight. Lines were straight and put together properly and not just thrown together in a rush. By looking at their work it looks like they took pride in their work. Heater/ air condition works great. I would definitely use We Care in the future.

I am an annual maintenance customer and have been for over 7 years and we replaced our old 25 year old HVAC with a new one from We Care. Installation was excellent and very thorough . The annual maintenance plan we are on is wonderful. Very pleasant and cheerful customer reps call to schedule the appointments and everything is done on time and appointments are met. Darren did our recent service and he was very nice and as usual very thorough. they have a very extensive checklist they go through. Great company to do business with.

This was one of the better heating and A/C service experiences I have had. Austin was very professional and from what I could see was very through. Went thru the entire process with me and left me with the confidence that my system was going to work properly thru the winter. Made some suggestions to make a great system even better but wasn't pushy in any way shape or form. I will definitely do more business with this company as long as they have techs like Austin.

I never leave reviews, but this AC installation experience was so perfect... I had to. Gustavo and Carla were on-time, professional, obviously qualified, quiet, courteous, and CARING. They even used drop cloths to cover every inch of flooring and wore shoe covers when working inside the house. My best installation experience EVER.

Had annual maintenance done on my home hvac. Service tech was Jason T. Great experience. Showed up when he said he would. Was pleasant and professional. Explained in detail what he was going to do and how long it would take. Set my system thermostat back to its regular programing when he completed the job. No fuss, no mess.

I had a serious problem with a leak from an outside faucet on my house which meant I was losing gallons of water, as I was out of town and unaware of the problem. I called and We Care Plumbing and Heating sent Jose Cayetano to help resolve the problem. Jose was polite and very professional and analyzed the problem Immediately. He assured me he could fix it, but he had to go get some parts. When he came back Jose went right to work and within an hour he fixed it all. I was so impressed with Jose I told him if I ever had a future plumbing problem, I would call We Care and request he be my service technician. This technician was very knowledgeable and very friendly.
