This company is very knowledgeable in diagnosing any problems with your systems, yet they don't push unnecessary repairs. I engaged them after seeing how professional they were at my friend's home. I am very pleased with their service.

Once again it was a pleasant experience coordinating with Josh. He again explained what he was going to be doing, approximate time to finish and showed before and after pictures. He also restated the agreement for the no cost service and asked about my understanding of what was offered and what was completed. Josh also display great teaching skills by insuring his trainees are taught and understand the quality of work that should be done. If Bryan follows his teachings, he should become a valuable employee also.

I had both of my A/C units fail is the same week and called WeCare to repair them. The down stairs unit was replaced two years ago and was under warranty. It had a bad capacitor. The older upstairs unit (27 years old) was found to need the compressor fan replaced.
The repair technician was excellent. I give WeCare an A+ for their workmanship and for getting me back in service. I was very satisfied with the way they responded to my needs.
The repair person was professional and answered anything I asked. They do a great job selecting and training their staff.

Both of the individuals were extremely help full. Itay worked very hard to find the problem with our air conditioner. He was finally able to discover that the problem with not with the unit but with another problem we had (rats under our house) and he was able to fix the wiring that was needed.

Samuel and his partner, Carlos, performed fantastic work at my home installing a garage fan and a whole house system. Although the equipment was brand new for Samuel, he had studied the materials and instructions the evening before, ground tested both units before bringing them in the home, and made sure I was confident and educated regarding their operation. Samuel did a very professional job. We Care has a great team member here.

WeCare came out the next morning and fixed my AC.. C, what a great guy!!
I called at 3:30PM by 8:30 next morning they were rolling up. Highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.
My AC died on one of the hottest days of the year and they came through! My AC dying was a big deal for them.. Not a typical service company at all.
