Eddie (and helpers) did a good job in replacing my entire duct system. The system had noise problems, but , now seems better. Will not know about heat del. until cold weather. May need further adjustment on dampers. Will see.
Ricky [redacted] at Bass Air is an exceptional service technician. We first met him several years ago when we had a problem with a new gas pack unit that would cut off when the weather dropped below 20 degrees .. Several servicemen came and were unable to find the problem.. Ricky came on a Sunday evening and immediately found the pump line exiting the house was frozen . He is both professional and pleasant. We need more Ricky's in the service world.

Jason & Ben were very professional. Explained everything thoroughly before they started. Showed me the condition the unit was in and then discussed options that could be taken. I elected for only a cleaning at the present time but realize that I will be faced with a decision about replacing the ten year old unit in the near future. I was very impressed with their technical expertise, courtesy and extreme willingness to fully explain everything and answer any questions that Patty and I had. I was very pleased with the service I received.

They were challenged to find a solution to fix a problem that would have left me without a functioning system for another day. They stepped up to the challenge as a team and found a solution.
