I purchased the hair business system as I was looking for a dropshipper. My main concern was customer service. I was going to go with another company but I felt this company had a more relatable feel to them. Being able to call customer service and talk to a person instead of generic FB group response is a bonus. The web team has also been great in making sure to customize my website to my liking. I would recommend this based off of the customer service as if there are any issues it is better to have people that will resolve it. Good hair can be found anywhere but customer service is harder to find with wholesalers and dropshipping.
