On February 28 I purchased a business package deal with Wealthy Hair Wholesaler. Totalling cost $757. Within the 30 day grace period I did not have any clientale, no assistance.I continue to give it extra time still avail. On March 31 I emailed Julia plus made a call to Wealthy hair explaining that I am no longer interested would like a refund even if it's partial. The company is closed on weekends and I didn't receive a reply until the next day. I was told since it was over 30 days I could not receive a refund. The product did not work. I'm not satisfied with the company and would not want to do business any longer. I certainly reached out through Facebook messenger and my messages have been blocked and my comments are muted.

The truth is just like I said in the hair business webinar, when you sign up for the hair business system, it is not a get rich quick scheme, it is an actual business that requires time and patience. I was muted through Facebook messenger along with company Facebook page, which I have a screenshot of the in accident of why I could not reach out. I contacted Revdex.com because of that manner. I just checked Facebook messenger and now iI' no longer blocked. I'm still not satifisat because the business did not work for me plus paying for the website. I have asked for partial refund or full refund and to longer wish to do business with this company.

Thank you. I only resulted in contacting Revdex.com because O was muted on Facebook. Which is uploaded in my complaint. I never stated it a scam. The business did not work for me as well as bad timing. I thank you for coming to a conclusion. I have thoroughly read the company policy's. I felt that I was being ignored and my issue was not being resolved. I sincerely thank you for the opportunity.

Hello, I am still with wealthy hair have been now going on 3 years. I have since purchase several units. I love all of them. The hair quality is amazing, and last for a very long time hardly no shedding. The customs colors are amazing also I get a lot of compliments on my hair colors. The owner is wonder as well very professional and nice. The shipping is good time frame for custom orders. I would highly recommend this hair wig website.

I love weathly Hair since I joined the company it has created more funds in my household. They are always available if you have questions or needs assistance. Everyone love the hair! So much that im opening a Hair Boutique and will have weathly hair as one of my main suppliers. My website gets so many compliments never any issues and easy to manage on my own as well so Happy I made the decision to join the team! Two thumbs up.

My pleasure you all have been Great for Years

This company advertises quality hair and services and provided neither of those things. The hair that was supplied was regular mixed weaving hair, not the virgin hair they promise via their site. False advtersment and high prices don't mix well. Also the service, I had to contact them multiple times to get any assistance and just to be bounced around. If I can help anyone avoid this scam and shady business I will. According to them their I'll practices are okay because it's been more than 30 days since I signed up, it was buying the hair that solidified this business was a mistake.

The customer signed up for our business system - which also involved us building her a website and we sent the samples to her right away.

We explained this during our webinar- since we have to cover our employee expenses and our web designers- we can not issue a refund after 30 days.

The customer signed up on June 10 2018. Her website was built and completed and hair samples sent out the same week she joined.

She did not ask for refund until Nov 29 2018- way after her 30 day money back grace period had expired.

We are 100% willing to work with her to her grow her hair business. I explained on the webinar and the video training that just like with any other kind of business, you need patience and consistency to grow your hair business. Thanks for your understanding.

The sample quality and actual hair quality are not the same. I don't want to build a business with a supplier who is not providing quality, because that's what I aim to provide my customers. To take a fee for the site would make sense but to keep the total fee and say it's due to a website is not good business. I was given a run around about the information and who to speak with when I called to complain, I want to be sure other businesses are aware of the type of company this is.

The hair sample offered is from the same hair that we sell as bundles. Our hair samples are small wefts from the bundles to sell. So the hair quality of the bundles and samples is the same.

The reason your refund was denied was because it was way beyond the 30 days money back guarantee. You asked for the refund Nov 29 2018 and you had signed up on June 10th.

I am really sorry that you feel that way because the main reason I started doing this was to help other minority women like myself have successful hair businesses.

Please keep in mind that like any other small business, we have employee and web designer expenses to cover and that is why we have a 30 day money back guarantee.

I invested in a wealthy hair business package back in March 2018 the way the business information was given to me it basically stated that I could pay $700 and some dollars or make 3 installments of $334 a month until completely paid off. Wealthy hair rep never mentioned in the video that actually we the business package was paid that there will be additional funds taken out of your account or method of payment that was used intially to pay the installment fees. Today which is June 22 they took $27.00 out of my account stating that it was for the website fees I completely understand there reasoning or charging however this information was never mentioned in the video or any other documents I have received from them. I have nevee received an invoice of these fees which they were not authorized to take any additional money out of my account.

Refund I am now requesting that they pay me my entire funds for the business plan of $1002 and $27 that they took out of my account and $32 of NSF fees that were taking out of my account as well. They also need to close my business package that I have never used to this day. This was not a way to conduct business I do have statements rom my bank all the emails for the business package that was sent. And no invoices of other fees and charges.

Sorry to hear that you did not know about the fee however I did discuss it on the webinar which you watched before signing up for the business package. It did state that after 90 days you would be charged $27 per month for hosting. I can provide a recording of the video you watched, we were not trying to hide anything and that is why I talked about that on the webinar as way to be transparent.

I started this as a way to help other women as it was hard for me when I started.

I have refunded you $27 today that was charged and we can also waive the $27 per month for the next 12 months. You also have the option to move your website to another hosting company and our web team will do that for you for free.

I am have also refunded $32 that you were charged by your bank. As you can see I am more than willing to help you.

Our refund policy was clearly stated on the webinar and the order page. We have had multiple emails of communication with you as we built the website and just like with anything else you have to put in the work to market your business to be successful. I'm sorry I do not accept because this was not mentioned in the video. This is 2018 every single bill collector sends out an invoice, bill, email or text message alerts as of to when they will be deducting money from your account this is negligence on there part. Wealthy hair has not profited off of me. On there website it also does not state anything in the business package about a 27.00 fee. I can go on and on about the 27.00 fee. I understand however you can not has a client and continually take funds out of there account. There was no bill no invoice no email no reminder no nothing. I would like to receive and least %70percent of my total funds back and completely do away with any business with wealthy hair. They did put 32.00 in my account and they did refund me my 27.00.
