This company will not stop calling my house I have asked politely times including asking to speak to a manager and asking to be removed from their calling list This is not a trustworthy company to do business with

On march weather pro windows and doors signed a contract with mr *** to build three section bay window size x .when we came back after with our installer to take final and production measurements the customer tried to tell house that we have to build the bay
window from the floor up resulting in major reconstruction around the window opening as well the height will be much higher then inch as per contract .we left the customer to decide on his own which way he wants to go as far as deciding the bay window formatmean time days has gone and the customer starting demanding his money back and essentially breaking the contract that was signed between us
we told the customer he has days by law grace period to change his mind .....but it is too late we told the customer that we can build him the bay window as per contract but he doesn't accepts our point

I had a very positive experience with Weather Pro! Starting with a sales person who did not pressure me and took the time to explain exactly how this process works and answer all of my questions - and believe me I ask A LOT of questions! They were able to work around my schedule and came to install just within a month (a friend of mine had to wait a few months with a different company so I was very happy with it)When they arrived for the instillation I was very worried about my light carpets and flowers around the houseThe installers Greg and Nick were extremely pleasant and courteousThere were some issues with my old windows but they handled it and installed everything and it works wellBest of all they left my carpet spotless and my flowers all in tactI was even followed up with to make sure that all went well and that I was satisfiedThe windows are now working great and looking fantastic and best of all compared to last winter my heating bill was almost twice as low (which was why I wanted to change them in the first place)I would highly recommend doing business with them

I am rejecting this response because of the following
According to Weather Pro Window my request for refund was after 10 days grace.
Thant is not true and I think I need to be time specific in my complaint to disprove this claim
It is true the contract was signed on 31 March 2016.
On April 4, 2016 at 5 PM, Mr. [redacted], the installer came for measurement and was stopped because his understanding of the job to be done is totally different from  what [redacted] the salesman promised to and on the spot I called and left a message that am cancelling the project and stated the reason because [redacted] didn’t pick up his phone
On April 4, 2016 8:15 PM I got a text message from [redacted] that he has quit the job that I should contact office for refund.( I have  the text message as proof.  I wish I can scan [redacted]’s text message and attached but don’t know how to that. Still available it as evidence)
Since then the challenge of contacting Weather Pro Weather started.  [redacted] the salesman was the only contact person I met in my house.
Can weather Pro window tell Revdex.com how did I know that [redacted] has left the job 3 days he came to my house if not because I am calling to cancel job.
Since April 5, I was not able to contact the office through all phones Numbers   provided on the invoice and was forced to visit their Edmonton office and there again I was told that I need to book an appointment on phone. I wasn’t even allowed to book an appointment in the office. Isn’t Very strange? It has to be through phone. 
Days later precisely on May 25, I visited the office again and dropped a letter. 
The receptionist acknowledged receipt of the letter by signing. Find letter of acknowledgment attached. Weather Pro window never replied my letter.
I made 100% payment to Weather pro Window because of the offer I was given and later the weather Pro window is proposing what I could get for other installer for 24 months  payments  
 
I think the honourable thing for Weather Pro to do is to just return my cheque. We can still do business in the future

long as my number is removed I am satisfied. However supposedly my nber has been removed already SEVERAL times. Remover phone number [redacted]

Our position has not changed regarding the timing and the manner that the customer was  trying to cancel the contract .
we have never received a notice of cancelation in writing with in the period required (10 days )as stated in the contract .
at this point we would like to owner the contract and install the bay window according to the contract and nothing else .
