Weatherguard worked with our insurance company to get us a new roof. The roof looks great and the company was easy to work with. They were good with communication. Even though they were busy during the summer, they let us know when they expected to be at our house to do the work, which was 6 weeks away. I appreciated knowing ahead of time and adjusted my expectations accordingly. I have recommended Weatherguard to my friends and neighbors and would not hesitate to use them again.

Weatherguard replaced the roof on our house. They did an excellent job from inspection to coordinatng with the insurance company to the actual installation to cleanup and follow-up.

Pros: For once I would say a sales cold calling attempt worked. The sales person examined the roof, completed the paperwork and submitted it to the insurance for review. He also accompanied the adjuster during the inspection. Weatherguard's quote for the replacement was fair. It did take a couple months before the job was done but they kept me informed through the process. They also made a supplementary claim for the gutters that was accepted by the insurance. All in all it was an easy process and they did do a good job. Even collection of payment was easy and they did not pester me for any money when the check from the insurer was delayed.
Con: I should have negotiated more on expenses (quote) not covered by insurance. The job was delayed a couple times from the original date for installation.
Conclusion: Weatherguard completed the project without much hassle and in the end we were completely satisfied with the process and completed service.

The team that worked on our roof were very professional and efficient. They worked hard and quickly. Although they took great care, there was a slight mishap with a couple of solar lights on the lawn, it was resolved. I would very much recommend them.

All of the employees I dealt with (both in person and via phone/email) were professional, courteous, timely, responsive, and ultimately cared about my job more than anything else. The roof is awesome! The crew was professional, super neat and fast, with so much attention to detail. Cleanup was super as well. I have absolutely no reservation to refer them to everyone I know, and have already done so to 2 individuals. They made, what in my mind, was a monumental task stress-free, and I am so grateful for that. You can't go wrong with this company! I'm also considering them for future guttering work as well.

Weatherguard Roofing spoted hail damage on my roof and from that point on, the service was excellent. [redacted] the salesman, was friendly, prompt, explained everything and followed through on everything he said he would do. [redacted] crew supervisor, followed up on all issues we had from a broken window, to our dirty driveway. He corrected everything to our satisfaction and completed the project on time and cleaned up the entire area around the house. [redacted] at the front office was pleasant, prompt, and coordinated numerous issues at her end. After all was done, we received our accurate statement and all the insurance reimbursements as promised and as scheduled.

I was completely surprised with how easy it was to work with Weatherguard. The initial meeting to discuss my concerns/options was as good as it could get. The consultants were knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient with my questions and concerns. They were accommodating to my timeline and were always accessible.
The actual roof replacement was outstanding. We had one small issue of paint that needed correction and that occurred without incident and on a very timely basis.
