I was completely surprised with how easy it was to work with Weatherguard. The initial meeting to discuss my concerns/options was as good as it could get. The consultants were knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient with my questions and concerns. They were accommodating to my timeline and were always accessible.
The actual roof replacement was outstanding. We had one small issue of paint that needed correction and that occurred without incident and on a very timely basis.

We had our roof replaced by weather guard in early August. From start of the process through completion of the replacement, the process was smooth & problem free. We had numerous contacts which were all positive including an inspection, selection of shingles, rescheduling on our part and installation on two extremely hot days. The supervisor & crew were hard working & courteous. Clean up was accomplished immediately after & full payment was not required until the complete job was completed & evaluated. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a rood replacement.

Weatherguard is truly a phenomenal company! They did a terrific job from start to end for me. All of the employees I dealt with (both in person and via phone/email) were professional, courteous, timely, responsive, and ultimately cared about my job more than anything else. The roof is awesome! The crew was professional, super neat and fast, with so much attention to detail. Cleanup was super as well. I have absolutely no reservation to refer them to everyone I know, and have already done so to 2 individuals. They made, what in my mind, was a monumental task stress-free, and I am so grateful for that. You can't go wrong with this company! I'm also considering them for future guttering work as well.

After the storm, they came out and put up a tarp to stop water from pouring into my attic. The process afterwards was easy and they answered all of my questions. They showed up when my insurance did and performed the walkthrough with them. That helped because I didn't know what questions to ask or what to point out to the insurance company. I receive compliments to this day about how good my roof looks. They did an excellent job with the roof and the ladies in the office are very helpful.
